Research On Prevention Of Financing Risks Of CCQC Company Limited Company

In the rapid development of the world economy,because of the impact of the financial crisis,the economic environment has been greatly hit,coupled with the international complex political environment,the development of global economy has been restricted to some extent,the world economic slowdown has become a reality.In such a severe world financial environment,for an enterprise,in order to achieve the strategic development goal of maximizing economic profits,it is necessary to strengthen the improvement of product quality in addition to industrial reform and innovation.The key point is to pay attention to the financial quality management of enterprises,which is used to improve the economic profit of enterprises.In the aspect of financing activities,we also need to pay attention to the corresponding financial management activities,to avoid larger financial risk problems,so we also need to strengthen the comprehensive management ability of enterprise financing risk.This is also an important research topic in the development of enterprise strategy.In this paper,the financing activities of CCQC company are taken as the research object,and the problems existing in its risk management are systematically analyzed by using relevant theories,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.Based on the analysis of the change of financing scale,financing mode and financing cost,this paper analyzes the current situation of risk management of company financing from three aspects: risk identification,risk assessment and risk control,and then points out the risk points of the company in the aspects of exogenous financing ratio,enterprise management level,financial leverage,capital structure and financing cost.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide reference for the sustainable and healthy development of the company.
