| With the quickening of the railway modernization process,people put forward higher requirements for intelligence railway transportation,more and more people pay attention to track circuit,which plays a much more important role in rail transportation system,so to track circuit should be in-depth study,modernize the track circuit and digital control.High voltage pulse track circuit which includs code sender and electronic receiver two parts,among which electronic code editor is the study key of this article.High-voltage asymmetric pulse circuit electronic code sender is a device which can generate high-voltage asymmetric pulse to breakdown oil and rust layer on the surface of the rail which cause train shunting device for bad.This article is based on traditional code sender,and make digital improvement on it,The traditional code sender adopts analog power supply to charge the capacitor,which can cause the short circuit of the charging power supply when the capacitor discharge,which brings a huge impact to the power supply.In addition,traditional electronic code sender is no real-time monitoring work which is an important parameter of the working process of each module,once the code sender is failure,the staff is difficult to timely and accurately judg the fault.Based on the above defaults of traditional code sender,the design makes traditional code sender full digital improvement,constant current source is used to replace the analog power supply,and using a microprocessor to monitor the capacitor,the track surface voltage and feedback frequency in real time,in terms of safety and reliability,with two electronic code sender hot switching and double synchronous signal design,which greatly increased the the security and stability of the code sender.Experimental results show that the hardware circuits and software functions of improved type electronic code sender meet the requirements of the design,improved electronic code is capable of stable operation,code sender state parameters of the capacitance value has met the requirement of the calculated value of 50uF±5%,Feedback frequency error is less than 0.5ms,rail surface voltage calculated values also meets the requirements of the function. |
