No insulation track circuit system includes a transmitter,receiver,attenuation,lightning protection simulation network,power distribution cabinet and interface cabinet and other indoor equipment,outdoor equipment including matching transformer(this article referred to as \"BP),tuning unit((BA)in this paper,tubular coil(SVA),compensation capacitor and other outdoor equipment.This article mainly discusses the sender without insulation track circuit system to carry on the design and research.No insulation track circuit transmitter including frequency shift signal and the frequency shift signal amplifier output,this paper first introduces the development history of track circuit,this paper expounds the classification of track circuit,and analyses the basic principle of track circuit.The development road of track circuit through development,now has no insulation track circuit,transmitter,as an important part of no insulation track circuit,the main role is in no insulation track circuit system to produce high stability and high precision of frequency shift signal source.Only the sender has a high stability and high precision of frequency shift signal,the other part of the track circuit can work properly,so the sender is no insulation track circuit indispensable important component.In this paper,and there is no insulation track circuit system for the safety of the transmitter reliability design are studied,the main safety risk to the transmitter mainly includes two aspects: one is to send the frequency error;The second stage is the work to send out the voltage.In order to solve this problem,this paper designed a variety of security measures.Including: failure of hardware security,software security,N + 1 redundancy design,anti-interference measures and lightning protection measures.Finally,the paper said this project design of insulation track transmitter has carried on the comprehensive test,mainly includes: the sender hardware requirements test,test the transmitter hardware design whether meet the design requirements;Transmitter power amplifier needs to test,test the transmitter designed work out signal voltage whether meet the design demand indicators;Transmitter software requirements test,test the transmitter software module is designed to meet design requirements;Sender’s hardware and software integration testing,test the transmitter of the design of hardware and software integration function whether meet the design requirements;Sender functional testing,test the function of the transmitter design whether meet the design requirements.
