The Tarim River is the mother river of the people in southern Xinjiang and an important ecological barrier on the edge of the Taklimakan Desert.Because of its unique natural and geographical characteristics in arid areas,the main stream of the Tarim River does not produce runoff,and the three main streams of Aksu River,Hetian River and Yarkant River provide the water of life for the main stream of the Tarim River.However,there are a large number of irrigated areas in the Sanyuan River,and the water use situation is complicated.Moreover,there are many mountainous controlled reservoirs planned and constructed in the Sanyuan River,and the inflow in the basin will be regulated by the reservoirs.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the water use situation in the basin and the influence on the water use in the basin after the completion of the reservoirs.In this paper,taking the three headwaters of Tarim River as the research object,combined with the construction situation of water conservancy projects,the optimal operation models of reservoir groups in current year and planning year of the three headwaters were established respectively.The parallel improved sine and cosine particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed to solve the problems,and the water consumption of the three headwaters and the water discharge of the Tahe River were analyzed.The interaction between the reservoir power generation,surface water use and the discharge of the Tahe River in the basin is compared and explored.Specific contents and achievements are as follows:(1)On the basis of the theory of reservoir operation,water resources allocation and the related research results of Tarim River,the background and purpose of the research are explained,and the basic natural environment,water conservancy projects and water demand in the Tarim River Basin are introduced.Combined with the actual situation,the existing problems in the basin are analyzed.(2)According to the surface water use plan of the basin and the layout of water conservancy projects,the water resources distribution node map of the three source streams is drawn,and the optimal reservoir operation model of the three source streams in the current year and the planned year is constructed.Combining the parallel computation with the optimization algorithm,the parallel improved sine-cosine-particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed,and the stability of the algorithm is verified.The three-source optimal scheduling model is solved by the algorithm.(3)analyzing three origin reservoir scheduling results,get three origin surface water distribution and water drainage of tahe process,present situation of years,under the condition of three origin long series of whole drainage of tahe water an average of 5.383 billion m3,all can meet the target,aksu river basin,the surface water 557 million,hotan river and yarkant river basin surface water supply situation is better.Under the condition of planning year,the overall average discharge of the three sources of water into the Tahe River was 4.788 billion m3,and the surface water deficiency was small,so there was a conflict between the discharge of water into the Tahe River and the power generation of the reservoir.(4)By comparing and analyzing the results of the current year model and the planned year model,it is found that the water shortage of Aksu River Basin in spring will be significantly improved after the mountainous area reservoirs are built,while the water supply of Yerqiang River Basin and Hetian River Basin will have little change.The contradiction between the power generation of the reservoir and the discharge of the Tahe River is widespread.The discharge of the Tahe River by the three main streams is affected to different degrees,the Aksu River Basin is more affected,and the Yerqiang River Basin and Hetian River Basin are slightly affected.
