| In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the income level of Chinese residents,in addition to considering the residential properties of houses,supporting buildings such as commercial public buildings have gradually become an important factor for consumers to consider when buying houses.As the only commercial public construction project in the area of Science and Technology City,the actual progress of S commercial public construction project has lagged behind the original schedule due to the problems of schedule arrangement,project management on the part of the owner,insufficient capacity of the participating units and lack of financial support during the whole construction process.Therefore,it is very important for Y Company to improve the schedule management of S commercial public construction project.This thesis takes the status quo of schedule management of S commercial public construction project of Y Company as the research object,applies relevant theories such as project schedule management,organization management and process management,and combines theory with practice in combination with the current actual situation of Y Company,so as to effectively solve the problems of schedule management existing in this project.Firstly,this thesis expounds the meaning and principle of project schedule management,and introduces the related theoretical tools of project schedule management,such as work structure decomposition diagram,responsibility assignment matrix,network planning technology and Gantt chart.Second,the project department of Y company,science and technology city and S commercial public introduces the basic situation of the project,and emphatically expounds the project progress management of schedule arrangement,the owner project management problems,lacking the ability to the contractors and the problem of lack of financial support through the analysis found that the cause of these problems mainly include the schedule arrangement is not scientific,the influence of the property,the influence of the contractors and the money supply;Thirdly,from the use of work structure decomposition,plan review technology and other scientific methods to rearrange the schedule of the remaining unfinished process,strengthen the owner’s project management,improve the management ability of the participating units and strengthen the acquisition of funds,put forward the corresponding improvement scheme;Finally,according to the improvement plan,the thesis proposes to strengthen the training and exchange of project management personnel,improve the company’s internal control system,introduce the reward and punishment mechanism and improve the efficiency of the use of funds and other safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement plan.In this thesis,through the study of S commercial public project schedule management,put forward the solution effectively solves the problems existing in the project schedule management,effectively guarantee the stated goal of the project can be in accordance with the company Y next smooth implementation,but also hope in the future will be able to give Y company other business public management to provide some reference to the schedule. |
