Research On Planning And Design Of Science And Technology Park Based On Office Park Mod

Under the background of global economic recovery,international competition is becoming more and more fierce.The development of high-tech industry and the science and technology park has become one of the yardsticks to measure the level of science and technology and talents in various countries and regions,so its related construction has also been pushed to a new climax.Now the science and technology park has developed into the third generation "Low Carbon Ecological Science Park".More and more enterprises no longer pay attention to the centralized areas with strong compatibility,but begin to pay attention to places with humanistic feelings,comfort and ecology.Office park is a scenic office park with good environment and low building density,which embodies the personalized,humanized and ecological image of the Science and Technology Park,which is the model required by today's science and technology park.Based on the theory of office park,this paper discusses the planning and design of science and technology park.Firstly,the paper defines the concept of science and technology park and office park and analyzes its characteristics.Secondly,summarize the current situation and future development trend of planning and research of the science and technology park and office park at home and abroad.Thirdly,introduces the theoretical basis of planning and design,analyzes the characteristics of office park,and studies the characteristics of science and technology park based on office park mode from the internal and external factors and material space that affect the planning and design of the park.Next,based onoffice park mode,from three aspects of function and transportation,planning structure and environmental construction,studies the overall planning and design strategy of science and technology park,and explores the shape and environment design strategy of science and technology park from three aspects of spatial image,ecological environment and architectural image;Then,according to the strategy research and case analysis,summarize office park mode applied to the planning and design elements of science and technology park;Finally,taking the modern agricultural technology innovation center of the Yellow River Delta in Dongying,Shandong province as an example,combined with the project practice,the corresponding design strategies are put forward,in order to provide some guidance for the construction of science and technology park in the future.
