Under the guidance of the five major projects of "Made in China 2025",the manufacturing industry is required to develop toward intelligence,digitization,and flexibility.In order to meet the needs of the market and society,more and more manufacturing companies are transforming to multi-variety and small-batch production.However,at present,most companies still use traditional fixed and lowefficiency methods in their workshops,which have problems such as low flexibility,high logistics costs,long handling times,and low equipment utilization.As the most basic production unit of the manufacturing workshop,the multi-variety and is necessary to study the method of flexible layout for small-batch machining workshop.This paper takes a multi-variety and small-batch machining workshop as the research object,and launches the following research in order to realize the flexible layout design of the machining workshop.First,it analyzes the current research status of multi-variety and small-batch machining workshops,domestic and foreign machine-processing workshop layout methods,workshop layout simulation technology and layout evaluation methods,sorts out the layout characteristics of multi-variety and small-batch machining workshops,and compares machine-processing workshops.Layout intelligent algorithm and simulation software,select the evaluation method suitable for machine shop,and design the overall framework of multi-variety and small batch machine shop layout.Secondly,through the analysis of the status quo of multi-variety and small-batch machining workshops,based on SLP analysis of logistics relations,non-logistics relations,etc.,the preliminary layout plan of the machining workshops is obtained;the flexible layout mathematics of the machining workshops with multiple constraints and objectives Model,improve the traditional genetic algorithm,use Python language to calculate the optimized layout plan.Thirdly,based on the completed workshop layout plan,Plant Siulation simulation software is used to carry out three-dimensional layout and simulation of the workshop.Through the Sim Talk simulation language,one-click layout simulation is realized to verify the feasibility of the layout and provide some more realistic data basis for evaluation.;Combining the layout characteristics of the multivariety and small-batch machining workshops,establish a layout evaluation system,and use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the layout plan.Finally,based on the Pycharm development environment,using Python language,My SQL database and other development tools,design and develop a multi-variety and small-batch machine shop layout system.Through independent adjustment of optimization targets,target weights,evaluation weights and other factors,the machine is more intuitively realized.The layout of the workshop is flexible.In summary,through the research on the flexible layout of multi-variety and small-batch machining workshops,the flexible adjustment of optimization targets and weight constraints in the layout process is realized,and multiple layout plans for machining workshops for different needs can be quickly obtained.Management has a certain meaning.
