As the main form of architecture in the world,the development of prefabricated concrete buildings has attracted more and more attention in China.Compared with the traditional cast-in-situ building,the prefabricated concrete building has its unique advantages in many aspects,such as quality,construction period,energy saving,environmental protection,resource saving and so on.However,the higher unilateral cost of the fabricated concrete building hinders its development in China.As the stage of the largest consumption of resources and the stage of the largest expenditure,cost control in the construction stage should be given due attention.Based on this,this study has carried out relevant research,with a view to providing reference and reference for engineering practice.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this study summarizes the development history and prospects of assembled concrete buildings by consulting relevant literature and information materials of assembled concrete buildings.At the same time,from the Strength(S),Weakness(W),Opportunities(O),Threats(T)four aspects of the assembly of concrete buildings are analyzed.The main purpose of this part is to have a more intuitive understanding of assembled concrete buildings.Secondly,according to the stages of the construction process of assembled concrete,the construction stage is divided into three stages: the production stage of prefabricated components,the transportation and stacking stage of prefabricated components,the construction stage of on-site hoisting.According to the actual cost of each stage,the cost components are analyzed separately.Meanwhile,ABC classification method is used to analyze the cost proportion of actual case data,which provides an entry point for factor research.Points and emphases.Based on the characteristics of WSR methodology and cost analysis in construction stage,the construction stage is divided into three dimensions: Wuli(W),Shili(S)and Renli(R).The concrete contents,key factors and contents and methods of measuring factors in construction stage are explored comprehensively.After analysis,a total of 41 factors affecting the cost were determined,and an evaluation index system was established accordingly.After that,by using interpretive structural model(ISM),the qualitative analysis of the topological relationship among the cost factors in the production stage,transportation and stacking stage of prefabricated components and field hoisting construction stage is carried out,which is helpful to sort out the relationship among the factors.By sorting out the analysis results,the hierarchical structure model is obtained,and the direct and root factors of the three stages are found out.The direct factors include those directly related to production,transportation and construction process,such as material price,labor price,transportation routes,etc.The root factors include management factors,geographical location of prefabricated component factories and policy factors.Finally,the combination weighting method of AHP and Entropy Weight Method is used to quantitatively analyze the cost influencing factors in the construction stage,find out the main cost influencing factors,and reverse modify the weight of the upper factor according to the result of combination weighting.On the basis of obtaining the weight value of each factor,the fuzzy matter-element comprehensive evaluation model is used to validate and analyze the actual case.At the same time,based on the analysis results,the key cost factors are analyzed and control measures are put forward.In addition,in order to facilitate the rapid implementation of the evaluation process,Visual Studio,C+,Winform and other tools are used to visualize the evaluation results,and the "Assessment System of Cost Influencing Factors in the Construction Stage of Prefabricated Buildings" is established.And the system is proved to be feasible by a case study.
