Study On Landscape Design Of Old Community Public Greenbelt From The Perspective Of Urban Catalyst Theory ——Taking Yulin District Of Chengdu As An Example

As an important part of the community,the public green space of the old community is an important place for the surrounding residents to relax and entertain.With the rapid development of society,the public green space in old communities has gradually disappears or abandoned,and the unique connection function of the community green space is lost.The government and residents have gradually become aware of the promotion and renovation of public green spaces in domestic communities at present.However,due to the need to strengthen awareness of public green spaces in old communities,the effects of the transformation are not ideal.Therefore,from the perspective of urban catalysts,combined with the relevant theories of urban catalysts,this paper investigates the landscape catalyst potential of public green spaces in old communities in Yulin area in Chengdu.First,through factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process,this article extracts and scores the catalyst elements of public green space landscape in old communities in Yulin area.Then through the analysis of the questionnaire results,the landscape catalyst elements that need to be upgraded in this space are identified,and optimization strategies are proposed according to local conditions.Cut in from the following four aspects:1.Based on the analysis and investigation of the old community green space in Yulin area,the green space update should focus on the material and facility catalyst elements,the multiple upgrades of the material catalyst and the point update of the facility catalyst,so as to stimulate the vitality of the green space and lay the material space foundation for the renewal of other catalysts in the green space.2.Through the investigation and data analysis of the old community green space in Yulin area,reasonable update for plant breeding in space catalyst and the appropriate humanized design can help increase the length of stay of residents and increase the types of activities of residents.3.In an environment that promotes ecological development,the ecological development of community green space is implanted from top-down artificial facilities,combined with bottom-up extensive ecology,to satisfy the longing of the residents of the old community for the natural landscape.And it can also form natural ecological patches in the city,which not only improves the community microclimate but also contributes to the ecological development of the city.4.As a representative community of original Chengdu,Yulin Area is home to new and old Chengdu residents and tourists.However,in the renewal of the community and community green space,the historical and cultural part of it has not been deeply excavated to show to residents and tourists,resulting in a single impression of the Yulin area.Therefore,in the transformation of community green space,it is necessary to deeply explore the historical and cultural charm of Yulin community,through the combination of historical and cultural elements and landscape sketches,historical evolution display bar and other facilities,so that residents and tourists have a deep understanding of Yulin area.Also,public welfare activities can be organized in community green spaces from time to time,which can increase the length of time residents stay here,so as to stimulate the vitality of the green space and stimulate the vitality of the surrounding land.According to the above research,this research can not only stimulate the vitality of the research site and promote the development of surrounding areas,moreover,it can provide relevant theoretical support and comprehensive guidance for the landscape design of public green spaces in old communities.
