For magnetic resonance(MR)device, the primary goal of medical equipment management is to ensure its reliable, stable, and safe operation. In order to improve the performance and reliability of domestic MR products, the Ministry of Science and Technology launched a key R & D plan for digital diagnosis and treatment equipment in 2016,including the application and reliability evaluation projects of large-scale medical imaging equipment. Therefore,in order to study the reliability of magnetic resonance in the actual clinical application environment, the field failure data of magnetic resonance in different regions and brands was collected by the research team, which was the basis this paper conducted on.Field fault data(from 2016 to 2018)from a total of 84 MRs from 5brands were collected, and a total of 2337 fault data were obtained,of which1580 were valid fault data, and then the statistical characteristics of the MR faults were analyzed for each brand.Analysis of short-term truncated data of MR shows that the fault characteristics conform to the index and Weibull distribution, while long-term truncated data only obeys Weibull distribution. The three-parameter Weibull distribution fitting performed on an MR showed that the mean time between failures of that MR was 295.26 h,and the reliability at this time was only 0.388.The analysis of the MR annual failure rate trend of all brand shows that the MR failure rate curve is in line with the bathtub curve. The failure rate of some equipment has been low even after 9 years of use,and the performance is in good condition. For the key components of MR,the trends in the frequency of RF and gradient system failures show that RF systems have more failures than gradient systems in the early stages, and the opposite in the later stages. The failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)integrated with dynamic weighting and interval 2-tuple linguistic language is proposed in this paper, and risk ranking of MR fault modes been identified was performed.Due to the repairability of MR device, the risk factor of FMEA has been expanded in this paper to take into account the repairability of failure mode.Based on the collected data and the previous analysis, this paper ranked 26 major failure modes identified.Among them, the top 5 are: computer failure, gradient module failure,RF module failure,RF coil failure and water-cooler failure, and the causes and preventive measures were discussed for those mode,we suggest that both the hospital medical engineer and the factory engineer should pay attention to the reliability of these modules to boost the efficiency of MR.
