Multi-attribute group decision making is an important branch of decision analysis.Because of the fuzziness and uncertainty of human thinking,using linguistic information to express preferences can reduce decision-makers' pressure.So there are many linguistic multi-attribute group decision-making problems in real decision-making process.2-tuple linguistic information is a kind of representation model of linguistic information,which can effectively avoid the problem of information loss in the process of aggregation of linguistic evaluation information.However,when using 2-tuple linguistic information to express evaluation information,it implies that the degree to which the element belongs to 2-tuple linguistic information is 1,which does not reflect the difference of decision makers to the same 2-tuple linguistic information and their own reliability to the 2-tuple linguistic information.As the extension of fuzzy set,the 2-dimension neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic information representation model,including two dimensions of 2-tuple linguistic information and reliability evaluation of it,can more comprehensively and systematically express the preferences of decision makers.Therefore,this paper studies the multi-attribute group decision-making method based on the 2-dimension neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic information.Aiming at the problem of preference information representation of decision-makers,a2-dimension neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic information representation model is constructed.The first dimension is to use 2-tuple linguistic information to describe the decision-maker's evaluation information of the scheme,and the second dimension is to use single-valued neutrosophic number to represent the decision-maker's subjective evaluation of the reliability of the evaluation information(the first dimension information)given by himself.Furthermore,the algorithm,comparison method,distance measure and aggregation operator are defined.Aiming at the problem of attribute recognition in multi-attribute group decision-making,an attribute recognition model based on online comments is constructed.In the context of bigdata,we try to process online reviews through LDA model,find hidden consumer concerns and demand information in online reviews,and use it to determine attribute set and attribute weight.On the other hand,this paper puts forward a method to determine the weight of experts based on the grey relational analysis.By calculating the distance between the expert evaluation matrix and the reference matrix,the correlation coefficient is obtained.Further,the weight of experts is determined by calculating the consistency index,so that the group evaluation information can reach the maximum consensus as much as possible.An improved MABAC method based on possibility degree is proposed to solve the scheduling problem in multi-attribute group decision making.In the 2-dimension neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic information environment,the distance matrix is determined by calculating the possibility difference between each scheme and the boundary approximation area,and the optimal scheme is obtained by arranging the proximity coefficients in descending order.Finally,the multi-attribute group decision-making method based on the2-dimension neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic information is applied to the new energy vehicle evaluation project,and the effectiveness of the method is proved.
