Study On The Design Of Rural "Micro-vacation" Homestay

The number of administrative villages in China far exceeds the number of cities,and it has been an agricultural country since ancient times.However,with the rapid development of urbanization,the countryside appears "hollowing out".With the urban people’s yearning for the countryside,tourism has become the new driving force of the rural economy.Wouyunpu Village in Laiwu,Jinan,Shandong Province,has spontaneously formed a unique suburban tourist area because of its distinctive residential features and beautiful scenery.In the sustainable development of Wuyunpu scenic spot,first of all,we need to solve the problem of living for tourists,at the same time,let tourists experience the accommodation space different from that of modern hotels,meet the needs of tourists to experience the rural culture in the B&B,attract tourists to stay,so that Wuyunpu Village can better develop sightsee-type,leisure and experiencing-type tourism.This article through to the countryside "micro-vacation" home stay facility design research,taking jinan tea mouth town lie to be spread cloud village as an example,mainly divided into three steps,first put forward problem,research the background and significance of home stay facility "micro-vacation",elaborates the related concepts,research methods and framework,discusses the importance of "micro-vacation" under the background of the home stay facility development.Combined with the research group’s multiple field visits to the traditional dwellings of Wuyunpu Village,a large number of literature collection and the understanding of the development direction of local industry,it is determined that in addition to agriculture,the village will vigorously develop tourism and the protection of traditional dwellings,so the rural "micro-vacation" home stay is the focus of this design.Second problem analysis,through the research on theory and design a "micro-vacation" home stay facility,sort out lie cloud village geographical environment,customs,traditional houses and other data,the analysis of the village development theme,at the same time to lie to be spread cloud village of field survey,typical compound detailed surveying and mapping and the builders and the villagers oral history interviews,understand the whole village,building techniques and characteristics of cultural practices,Then,the advantages and disadvantages of village development along the mountain are sorted out,and the concept of rural "micro-vacation" development is put forward.Finally,based on the background of "micro-vacation" in rural areas and the current situation of villages,the reuse and activation design of traditional dwellings is carried out,combining theory with practice,so as to solve the disconnection between the development of "micro-vacation" in villages and the development of B&B space.In the design,the space function of the courtyard is changed scientifically and reasonably,so that visitors can experience local characteristics and unique folk customs in a short time.Hope that the design of home stay facility regional research design and some reference to the development of the traditional local-style dwelling houses village,village for reuse and activation is a effective way to protect traditional residence,is advantageous to the village industry recovery positive,the urban population to the countryside backflow,alleviate the pressure of the city to a certain extent,realize the sustainable development and rural revitalization.
