Due to electrostatic adsorption on the external surface of the equipments in the power distribution room,it is easy to accumulate pollution and cause pollution flashover accidents.Removing the dirt on the outer surface of the equipments in the power distribution room can effectively prevent pollution flashover accidents.For the outer surface of the equipments in the 10 k V power distribution room,the most common cleaning method is manual cleaning after power failure.With the improvement of power supply reliability requirements,there are fewer and fewer opportunities for power outage cleaning.It is an inevitable trend to research on-line cleaning technology suitable for power distribution rooms.Compared with other cleaning methods,dry ice cleaning has the advantages of no pollution and no residue,and it can realize live cleaning.At present,the application of dry ice cleaning technology to 10 k V power distribution room has not been studied,and it is necessary to carry out research on cleaning technology and device suitable for the external surface of equipments in the narrow space of power distribution room.This thesis studies the size parameters,main insulation parameters and cleaning parameters of the dry ice cleaning device suitable for 10 k V power distribution room.In order to meet the cleaning requirements of the compact space in power distribution room,the cleaning height of the device should be adjustable within the range of 1.0m~2.5m,the maximum horizontal cleaning distance should be 2.0m,and the length of the base of the dry ice cleaning device should be less than 1.1m,and the width less than 0.7m;in order to meet the insulation requirements that the surface of the insulating rod is in a wet state due to the low-temperature characteristics of dry ice,the length of the main insulation part of the device is not less than 1.25 m.The dry ice cleaning simulation test was carried out to study the influence of air supply pressure,dry ice flow rate,cleaning distance,cleaning angle and other parameters on the cleaning effect.It was found that the dry ice flow rate and air supply pressure had a greater impact on the cleaning effect,and the best combination of cleaning parameters are the air supply pressure of 0.6MPa,the dry ice flow rate of 2.5kg/min,the cleaning distance of 21 cm,and the cleaning angle of 20°.Under the best cleaning parameters,when the equivalent salt density level of the contaminants is within the range of0.4~1.0mg/cm2,and the equivalent gray density level is within the range of 4.0~8.0 mg/cm2,the dry ice cleaning effect is good,and the cleaning rate can reach more than 85%.According to the researched parameters,a small dry ice cleaning device suitable for10 k V power distribution room was designed and manufactured.The device adopts two working methods,one is to use the washing machine’s mechanical arm to align the position to be cleaned and then spray dry ice to clean,and the other is to use a hand-held cleaning rod to manually align the position and then perform dry ice cleaning.Adjusting the cleaning parameters first,moving the position of the cleaning machine and controlling the lifting,rotating,and telescopic movement of the insulated mechanical arm,with a hand-held cleaning rod for supplementary cleaning,which can achieve a comprehensive cleaning of the external insulation of the equipment in the power distribution room.The designed and developed live dry ice cleaning device has passed the power frequency dry withstand voltage test at the voltage level of 100 k V,the leakage current test under the voltage level of 15 k V,and the electromagnetic compatibility test,meeting the requirements of live working.In the10 k V power distribution room of Wuhan University,the dry ice cleaning device was tested on-site.The results showed that the developed dry ice cleaning device realized the live cleaning function for the equipments in 10 k V power distribution room.
