In the actual use of photovoltaic power generation system,environmental factors have a great influence on the output power,one of the main factors is the dust on the surface of photovoltaic panels.Long-term unclean photovoltaic panel surface will accumulate a large amount of dust,which will cause the transmittance decrease,surface temperature increase and surface corrosion in the PV panel,resulting in reduced photovoltaic power generation.Taking the Hangzhou area as an example,the relationship between the amount of dust on the surface of photovoltaic panels and the output power of photovoltaic panels was studied through a combination of simulation analysis and experiments.A dust deposition device for photovoltaic panels was designed.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analyze and summarize the reasons that affect the amount of dust on the surface of photovoltaic panels in theory,mainly including the installation inclination and weather factors of photovoltaic panels.Through experimental study,no significant correlation was found between slab inclination and slab inclination.Based on the collection of dust data,relative humidity,ambient temperature,wind speed,wind direction and rainfall,the dust accumulation regression prediction model of SVM in PV panels was established based on genetic algorithm;through continuous experiments,the cumulative volume of dust over time logistic regression model was reached.(2)According to the equivalent mathematical model of photovoltaic power generation,a simulation system is established.The simulation results show that the output power decreases 0.5% for every 1 ° C increase in the surface temperature of the photovoltaic panels used in this experiment.According to the requirements of the experiment,a simple simulation device is used for the experiment.The experimental results show that there is a linear negative correlation between the dust output and the maximum output power of photovoltaic panels.Plate surface abnormal dust or bird droppings and other conditions will create a hot spot effect,which should be promptly cleaned.(3)According to the characteristics of fixed photovoltaic panel installation structure,a photovoltaic device dust-cleaning device was designed;through the simulation analysis of gas-solid two-phase flow,the cleaning structure was optimized;finally,the prototype of the cleaning device was assembled and debugged,and test the cleaning effect.
