Research On Engineering Ethics Education System In Colleges And Universities

Modern engineering is an extremely complex system.The system is composed of its internal elements,such as teachers,college students,engineers and so on,as well as the external environment,such as the economic environment,the political environment,the cultural environment,the scientific and technological environment,etc.However,economic factors have long occupied the leading factor of modern engineering,and the problem of engineering ethics is becoming more and more obvious.In the new era,education of university engineering ethics is particularly important,but the slow development of engineering ethics education has become a serious problem affecting the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Because of the complexity of engineering ethics education in colleges and universities also displayed the nature system,this paper tries to research universities in the new age by the method of system engineering ethics education system,the engineering ethics education has important practical significance.Firstly,it analyzes the factors,structure,function and environment of the system as a whole,and analyzes the nonlinear interaction between various factors and its effect on the self-organizing organic structure of the system.Core elements and collaborative engineering university there is synergy between classroom teachers,engineers,elements and system as a whole and to return to action,universities and enterprises determines the system function structure,system function and reaction in the system,economy,politics,culture,science and technology environment is the impact on the system.Secondly,through analyzing the factors,the problems existing in the whole system and the multi-dimension are found out,and the problems existing in the dialysis are related.Research system of the micro,overall,the macro level there is a different objective problems,and as the object and subject unified engineering college students and the teacher are different subjective problems which influence the development of system evolution.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the system,we try to construct the education building of university engineering ethics from multiple levels.To arouse the enthusiasm of teachers and students and construct the self-organizing power system of engineering ethics education;Combining engineering ethics and constructing the theoretical system of education engineering ethics;Perfect the rules and regulations and construct the operation system of education of engineering ethics;Optimize the symbiotic environment and build the support system of education for engineering ethics.
