In recent years,colleges and universities pay more attention to the improvement of higher engineering education quality,have carried out higher engineering education teaching reform.Among them,the development of education of engineering ethics has been a major difficulty in the reform of education in Some of the top universities in our country.Taking the reform of interdisciplinary teaching management system as an opportunity,the implementation of engineering ethics education is gradually deepening to the engineering colleges.Engineering ethics education has become a regular education work in many universities.However,the project ethics education,which is now in our country,may be able to make up for the gap in the engineering ethics education,and it also gives us a new idea of the overall optimization of the university's interdisciplinary education system,but,in the course of the education system,the national engineering ethics education is in the process of development,and the promotion of the program is following the following steps.It can be seen that,it is of great practical significance to recognize and explore the innovation and characteristics of education system of China's engineering ethics under the current wave of education reform.First of all,this paper discusses the relationship between education of engineering ethics,education of ideology and politics,education of cultural quality and education,and defines education of engineering college engineering ethics.Secondly,analyze the status and importance of engineering ethics education.Research suggests that,Engineering ethics education is adapting to the education reform trend of international engineering.It is the internal demand of the professional development of engineers.It is the only way for China to move from an engineering country to an engineering power.The third,using the case method to analyze the education system of engineering ethics of Southwest Jiaotong University and Zhejiang University from two perspectives of teaching system and guarantee system in this paper.In the teaching system,two universities both including teaching objectives,curriculum setting,teaching content and teaching methods.And security system is different.The former consists of teaching team,curriculum and teaching material construction and teaching form.The latter is composed of organizational system,teaching team,curriculum construction and training program.Finally,based on the interview,the following conclusions are drawn.First,from the aspects of teaching system,should be clear to social responsibility as the center of the teaching goal,advancing the students' level to distinguish between the curriculum,improve the consciousness-professional-responsible for the teaching content and adopt mainly theory-case-the practice of teaching methods.Second,from the aspect of security system,organization system and operation mechanism is engineering ethics education support while the humanities,philosophy teaching is the condition of engineering ethics education and training scheme,course construction is the key to engineering ethics education.It provides a reference for other engineering colleges in China to carry out engineering ethics education.
