Research On The Influence Of Hanjiang Waterway Regulation Project On Shipping Logistics Cost

As the largest tributary of the Yangtze River,Hanjiang River plays an important role in the comprehensive transportation system of Hubei Province.In recent years,with the comprehensive launch of the construction project of Hubei Province,the development planning of inland waterways in Hubei Province,the construction of 2000 ton waterway of Hanjiang River and other major strategies have been gradually implemented,and Hanjiang shipping ushered in a golden development period.Hubei Province has issued a series of policies to speed up the implementation of Hanjiang Waterway Regulation Project,in order to promote the development of Hanjiang shipping logistics and reduce the logistics cost.However,the current research on the impact of waterway regulation project on the cost of shipping logistics focuses on the theoretical level,which can not be accurately quantified.Under this background,it can effectively measure the benefits of Hanjiang Waterway Regulation Project and point out the direction for the development of Hanjiang shipping logistics to clarify the impact of Hanjiang Waterway Regulation Project on shipping logistics cost and to build a quantitative model of shipping logistics cost.Based on the effect of the waterway regulation project of Hanjiang River,this dissertation analyzes the current situation of the development of the shipping logistics of Hanjiang River,and clarifies the changes of the supply capacity of the shipping logistics before and after the project.The influence of waterway regulation project on shipping logistics cost is realized through the function of shipping logistics supply.Therefore,this dissertation regards shipping logistics supply as an intermediate medium,and deconstructs it on the basis of studying the concept and characteristics of shipping logistics supply.Fully consider the influence of waterway regulation project on Waterway scale,ship transportation organization mode,port loading and unloading efficiency,and draw the impact diagram of waterway regulation project on shipping logistics cost.On this basis,from the perspective of shipping enterprises,this dissertation classifies shipping logistics cost,analyzes the impact of waterway regulation project on ship loading rate,navigation speed,voyage time,etc.,and reveals the correlation between cost drivers.Based on the above research,a quantitative model of shipping logistics cost is constructed.Finally,taking Y shipping company as an example,the results show that Hanjiang Waterway Regulation Project has a good cost reduction effect on both motor cargo ships and pushing fleet.After the completion of the Hanjiang Waterway Regulation Project,the shipping logistics cost of the enterprise has been significantly reduced,and the economic advantages of the kiloton ships and large-scale pushing fleet have been highlighted.This dissertation analyzes the influence of Hanjiang Waterway Regulation Project on the cost of shipping logistics,constructs a quantitative model of shipping logistics cost and makes an empirical analysis,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the sustainable development of the benefits of Hanjiang Waterway Regulation Project.The research results will help to sort out the problems existing in the development of Hanjiang shipping,play a positive role in the selection of ship type,operation organization planning and operation strategy formulation of shipping enterprises,and have a very positive significance for the scientific and reasonable planning of waterway regulation projects.
