With the gradual increase in the size of buildings,the number of building plumbing and drainage pipelines has correspondingly increased,and the system has become more complex,leading to increased difficulty in the construction process and a higher likelihood of design defects and construction issues.The traditional design and construction mode for building plumbing and drainage has become inadequate to meet the demands of this development process.The advancement of information technology is conducive to improving productivity.Combining information technology with traditional industries will inevitably accelerate the development of the industry,and Building Information Modeling(BIM)is a product of this combination.With its high degree of visualization,coordination,optimization,and information integration,BIM technology has made significant progress in the field of construction engineering.This paper focuses on the optimization of the design and construction process of building plumbing and drainage,using BIM technology as an application tool and computer development technology to specifically address the problems that often arise in the traditional design and construction process of building plumbing and drainage.This will provide support for the lean development of the design and construction process of building plumbing and drainage.The main research work is as follows:(1)The current development status of the design and construction process of building plumbing and drainage in China is explored,and based on the theoretical and application advantages of BIM technology,a theoretical optimization process for the design and construction of building plumbing and drainage based on BIM technology is proposed.(2)Based on an analysis of the traditional design model for building plumbing and drainage and the BIM design process,the parametric creation of various families of building plumbing and drainage specialists is conducted,enriching the resource library of building plumbing and drainage family files and creating a process description for the parametric creation of building plumbing and drainage models,thus completing the integration of building plumbing and drainage component information.(3)Through the secondary development technology of Revit and Three.js,the process of converting building plumbing and drainage model Revit format files to gl TF format files and gl TF format files to the web end is completed,and the lightweight display of the building plumbing and drainage model on the web end is achieved,simplifying the utilization and information extraction process of the plumbing and drainage model.(4)Based on an analysis of the basic logic of the secondary development of the Revit pipeline,the secondary development technology of Revit is applied,and C#language,API interface,and Visual Studio 2019 are combined to develop automated program plugins for pipeline avoidance optimization and pipeline net height detection,to improve the efficiency and quality of building plumbing and drainage design.(5)Based on project examples,the multidimensional BIM technology is applied to the optimization process of building plumbing and drainage design and construction,including collision detection,pipeline optimization,construction process simulation,standardization of construction procedures,and visualized delivery,systematically analyzing the optimization effect after the introduction of BIM technology.At the same time,the superiority of the automated plugin program for plumbing and drainage deepening design and the lightweight application of plumbing and drainage models are validated,simplifying the utilization and information calling process of the plumbing and drainage model,and providing practical support for the deep application of BIM technology in the field of building plumbing and drainage,thus providing an excellent solution for the efficient and high-quality development of the design and construction process of building plumbing and drainage. |
