Design Of Product Service System For Community Bulky Garbage

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the amount of bulky waste is also increasing day by day.The untimely cleanup will have an impact on the appearance of the city and the lives of residents,and improper handling will cause serious environmental hazards.Due to the characteristics of large garbage volume,unstable output and not easy to compress,it is difficult to carry out unified collection and transportation and daily cleaning together with ordinary garbage.At present,China has not formed a unified treatment system for large garbage treatment.Due to the unbalanced power of large garbage treatment in various places and the chaotic treatment status,a large part of large garbage has not been formally dismantled and treated,resulting in resource waste and pollution hidden danger.Guided by the relevant theories of product service system design,this paper explores and designs the service mode of large garbage disposal in Chinese communities.Firstly,this paper summarizes the definition and characteristics of bulky garbage,studies bulky garbage disposal at home and abroad,summarizes the foreign bulky garbage disposal mode and the current situation and obstacles of bulky garbage disposal in China,which can serve as a reference and guide for the subsequent design.Then through the study of a large number of literature and theoretical analysis,the relevant theories and methods of product service system design are summarized.Through interviews and surveys,a large number of first-hand data were obtained,so as to more accurately explore the pain points and needs of large garbage disposal,build special service scenarios,analyze the real needs of users,and explore and summarize the characteristics and attributes of the product and service system of large garbage disposal.Under the guidance of product service design and principles,research the target users,service processes and contacts in the product service system of bulky waste,draw up a service blueprint and propose a design strategy for the product service system for bulky waste treatment.Finally,based on the results of research and analysis,combined with the basic situation of the Ximu community,the design practice of the service system of bulky waste products combining offline+online is used to verify the feasibility of the design strategy.At the same time,it is also hoped that it will be able to help the community in the future.Related product service system design provides a reference model.
