Eco - city is the goal of development of urban planning and eco - city is city with ecological environment. To create an ecological environment must correct ecological treatment of waste issue. This article gives the concept of the ecological waste treatment method for Tianjin and discusses what the ecological disposal of waste is and how to do it. In the beginning of the article describes the harm of pollution by garbage and analyze the method of ecological waste treatment. On this basis I read up the literature on waste treatment and experience in advanced countries. I come to front line to investigate the methods and machines in the process of collecting and delivering and treating in final step for municipal solid waste, road waste, food waste and medical waste in Tianjin city. With this we can find the gap between our city and other cities in our country and outside. So we can point out the way to achieve eco- waste treatment in Tianjin is waste reduction, harmless disposal and recycling. Finally on this condition I commit to how to achieve this goal and design a system for it. First This article suggest the garbage bags should be used more regularly and waste sorting should be developed. Then I suggest the garbage trucks and machines used in transport should be a good complement in complex environment and more waste treatment plants should be built in suburbs in the future and it will gradually become a framework that the people take charge of waste sorting and the village reduce it and the town transfer it and the country government is responsible for coordinating. For the road waste the government should measure the sweeping rate more exactly and choose the right type sweeping trucks and plan funding scientifically. For the waste should be treated specially like food waste and harmful waste, this article design a system including many government departments disposing it together. Because the sanitation funds is the biggest difficulty, I suggest we can let the waste bag more expensive if people use it more and the government can raise the sanitation tax properly.
