During the development of the construction industry,the state has gradually increased its support for prefabricated buildings.Compared with traditional buildings,prefabricated buildings have broader development prospects,and can better meet the requirements of the country for the establishment of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.As a category of prefabricated buildings,prefabricated houses are closely related to our lives.As the country promotes and attaches importance to the construction of prefabricated houses,promoting the development of prefabricated houses will be a topic of continuous research.The sustainable development of prefabricated houses is inseparable from the project management of prefabricated houses,and the healthy and rapid development of prefabricated houses can be ensured to the greatest extent on the basis of cost saving.This article takes the cost of prefabricated houses as the starting point and end point,starting with the factors that affect the cost of prefabricated houses.First,conduct literature analysis and expert interviews on the factors that affect the cost of prefabricated houses,determine 18 factors affecting the cost of prefabricated houses,use social network analysis to construct a social network analysis model,and use Ucinet6 software to conduct network structure,factor network analysis and analysis.Analyze the three aspects of the network relationship,and use the entropy weightTOPSIS method to weight the social network analysis indicators,and obtain the key influencing factors and key influencing paths that affect the cost of the comprehensive network that affects the cost of prefabricated houses,and Combine the analysis and give the corresponding control measures.Afterwards,the entropy method combined with the expert scoring method was used to objectively analyze the index weights of the influencing factors,and the key influencing factors with obvious characteristics of influencing the cost were obtained,and the key influencing factors obtained based on the two methods were compared and analyzed and a conclusion was obtained.Use actual cases to verify and supplement cost data and network relationships,and provide relevant countermeasures and measures for cost control of prefabricated houses to ensure the rapid and healthy development of prefabricated houses.The main contribution of this paper is to study the degree of relevance(hidden characteristics)and weights(dominant characteristics)of factors affecting the cost of prefabricated houses.One of the methods used is social network analysis,which is relatively novel.The key factors and key relationship conclusions are obtained,and case analysis is used to exemplify and supplement the key factors and key influences.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given,which have reference significance for the cost management of prefabricated houses.
