Study On Improvement Of Substation Operation Maintenance And Repair Management Scheme In HOMBG

HOMBG is located in the northeastern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the western margin of the Loess Plateau.The 36 35 k V and 110 k V substations under the jurisdiction of HOMBG are related to the economic lifeblood and energy security of Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.The operation,maintenance and overhaul management of 36 substations is the core business of HOMBG.HOMBG has the basic mission of ensuring the safety and sustainable power supply of the power grid in Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province.Therefore,HOMBG must constantly improve the health level of substation equipment,in order to provide safe,high-quality and sustainable power to Haibei power grid.The number of substations managed by HOMBG is growing rapidly.The total land area of 34,400 square kilometers contains only 36 substations.HOMBG needs to use scientific methods to optimize the existing HOMBG operation,maintenance and overhaul management scheme,to ensure that substation accidents do not occur,continue to provide safe and high quality electric energy,so as to improve the health level of substation equipment.This paper applies lean management theory,process optimization theory and other relevant theories,and adopts data analysis,report investigation,literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods.Based on the current situation of 36 substations and through analysis and research,this paper finds that HOMBG has some problems in process management,operation,maintenance and overhaul,organization and setting,etc.This paper analyzes the internal reasons of the operation and maintenance overhaul management of HOMBG,and puts forward the conclusion that the organization,process management,operation and maintenance and overhaul mode of HOMBG should be optimized.Promote the implementation of self-operated group management system safeguard measures from the implementation of organizational structure guarantee,the establishment of responsibility incentive mechanism guarantee,fund guarantee and other aspects.This paper has important reference value for improving the health level of Haibei substation equipment and promoting the smooth realization of the strategic development goal of State Grid Haibei Power Supply Company.
