Study On Landscape Regeneration Of Chemical Brownfield In Small And Medium Sized Cities Based On The Concept Of "Micro Renewal"

China is in the stage of accelerating urbanization.A large number of industrial enterprises in small and medium-sized cities are undergoing transformation and industrial structure adjustment,leaving a large number of abandoned Brownfield,which hinders the organic development of cities.This paper studies the regeneration of chemical brownfields in small and medium-sized cities from the perspective of micro regeneration,summarizes the micro regeneration strategy system,stimulates the vitality of brownfields,and realizes the diversified regeneration of brownfields.By using the method of literature analysis,the author defines the concepts of "micro renewal","chemical brownfield" and "brownfield regeneration",describes the relevant research achievements and research progress at home and abroad,and points out the dilemma of chemical brownfield in small and medium-sized cities.Secondly,by using the method of case analysis and learning from excellent cases at home and abroad,the author deeply analyzes and summarizes the basic principles,application types and objectives of micro renewal.Through the above part,the feasibility and necessity of introducing micro renewal to the regeneration of chemical brownfield in small and medium-sized cities are summarized,and the practical strategy suggestions with reference and operability are summarized.Finally,the questionnaire interview method and field survey method are used to investigate Baoding No.2 Chemical Plant,and the strategy suggestions are applied to the regeneration design of No.2 Chemical Plant.The main operational strategy achievements of this paper are divided into the following aspects: improving the quality of space-improving the public space and physical environment of the Brownfield,providing comfortable and safe outdoor activity space for the surrounding residents;restructuring the space order-improving the accessibility of the path and sight of the public space of the brownfield,creating an open space order;reconstructing the space function-through a variety of slow life culture With the implantation of display function,users can fully participate in it,interact with each other,exchange experience,and obtain deep psychological and emotional experience,so as to form the identity of space and community and regional belonging;continue the space context--integrate the spirit of the times on the basis of respecting industrial culture and collective memory,provide conditions for more spontaneous activities,and catalyze the regeneration of vitality in brown areas.The main research significance of this paper is: pointing out the shortcomings of traditional brownfield regeneration strategy,analyzing the feasibility of micro renewal concept in Brownfield regeneration;clarifying the participation mechanism of upper and lower CO governance of public participation,combing the application practice guidance system of chemical brownfield micro renewal;estimating the brownfield range within the radiation radius,and the positive effect of micro renewal means;through empirical research,the paper analyzes the feasibility of micro renewal in Brownfield regeneration,In order to provide reference for the regeneration of chemical brownfield landscape in other small and medium-sized cities,it is necessary to clarify the improvement degree of urban ecological environment after brownfield regeneration and realize the comprehensive evaluation of the use value of "micro renewal".
