| Guangdong Hongtu Nantong die-casting Co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "Nantong Hongtu Co.,LTD.")is a state-owned holding joint-stock enterprise,based on the aluminum alloy die-casting business mainly for auto parts.Auto parts are an important part of the auto industry and the most important foundation for the development of the auto industry.However,according to statistics from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers,the era of high growth in China’s automobile market in recent years has come to an end,with industry growth slowing down and competition becoming increasingly fierce.As an auto parts manufacturer,it is necessary to achieve shorter new product development cycle in order to achieve lower development costs and quickly occupy emerging markets.Based on the above research background,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of development progress management of gearbox housing in Nantong Hongtu Company on the basis of combing relevant theories.This paper introduces the development status of gearbox housing,expounds the existing problems in the development schedule management,and analyzes the existing specific problems,which mainly include: unclear milestone target,undetailed work task decomposition,slow solution of opening problem,fuzzy critical path setting,etc.Then,the optimization scheme of the development schedule management of the gearbox shell of Nantong Hongtu Company was designed,and the overall idea of the schedule optimization was developed by using the project management theory,schedule management theory and relevant project management tools.Work breakdown was deepened,including output of project milestones,refine of WBS,preparation of development schedule.Work time adjustment,including critical path optimization,PDCA cycle.The optimization of the working network was carried out,including the establishment of the project network diagram and the tracking of the opening problem list.After optimizing the development schedule management,the comparative analysis before and after optimization proves that it is feasible to significantly reduce the development cycle in the project development through the application of relevant theories and tools.Finally,the implementation of the optimization scheme for the development schedule management of gearbox housing is carried out,the difficulties in implementation are analyzed,and the supporting measures are provided according to the difficulties,including optimizing the organizational structure,optimizing the development process,and improving the communication mechanism.Through theoretical research and case analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: the comprehensive application of project management theory,schedule management theory and related tools,the formation of product development project schedule management optimization scheme,can effectively shorten the product development cycle.It has a certain reference value for the product development schedule management of automobile parts. |
