The Research On The Technical Strategies Of Integration And Modulization Of Industrialized Housing

The development of the housing industry is closely related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.And it plays a great supporting role in the overall social development.Many developed countries have solved the national housing problem by housing industrialization,beneficial to the economic development of the country.Indeed,various attempts of housing industrialization have been made in 1980 s.However,they made little progress due to all kinds of limitations at that time.In recent years,with the development of domestic technology and policies,the housing industrialization started to flourish.Many domestic developers of real estate began to make attempts and exploration,which resulted in some achievements.However,there were still some disadvantages during the period.so the paper focuses on how to carry out housing industrialization reasonably suitable for the domestic conditions in China.The first part of the paper is the topic research,and it introduces the topic background,purpose,significance,research status at home and abroad,the paper content,and research framework.The second part explores the problems and deficiencies by the reference of excellent experience in developed country during the housing industrialization.It concludes that the shortage of high integration and the lack of residential diversity hinder the development of housing industrialization,which will be discussed in the following part.The third part is the elaboration of the topic.From the perspective of integration and modularization,it researches the domestic housing industrialization by means of the framework of industrialization theory.On the one hand,it studies the integration system of housing industry,and analyzes the integration system basis of housing industrialization,namely the integration of components.Besides,it makes in-depth analysis of the highly integrated products being implemented,such as integrated bathroom,integrated kitchen,and decoration integration,etc.On the other hand,based on the modular design strategy,it researches the diversity and adaptation of housing industrialization,and puts forward that the housing industrialization can be standardized by standardized modulus,in order to make the residential components universal and serialized.The modular design of housing components ensures the interchangeability of components,thus meeting the individual needs of housing.In addition,the modular design strategy of housing,as well as the separation of supporting body and filling body of SI residential system make the residential design more flexible.The modular design strategy of housing meets the standardization of housing industrialization,and keeps the diversity.The fourth part provides referred samples for the development of domestic housing industrialization by analyzing the current residential demonstration projects for a hundred years,thus establishing useful inspiration and ideas for the development of housing industry in the future in China.
