| The Urban Residential Area Planning and Design Standard GB50180-2018(hereinafter referred to as the current standard)introduces the concept of "living circle" and adjusts the classification scale standard of residential areas,with the largest scale being designated as a15-minute living circle residential area.In terms of supporting community commercial facilities,the old standard emphasizes the idea of "equalization",while the idea of "living circle" emphasizes "people-oriented".Under the current norms and standards,it is necessary to think about how to integrate the concept of "living circle" into the configuration of community commercial facilities from the perspective of life circle,so as to create a good environment for the use of community commercial facilities.Previous studies on community commercial facility configuration are mostly based on the old norms and standards.However,there are few studies on community commercial facility configuration based on the connotation of life circle.Based on the above background,the research scope of this paper is defined within the15-minute living circle,and the community commercial facility configuration is taken as the research content.The content mainly includes three parts: the community commercial facility configuration survey,the community commercial facility demand and characteristics research,and the optimization suggestions of the community commercial facility configuration from the perspective of the 15-minute living circle.First of all,the representative case communities were selected to investigate the configuration of community commercial facilities from three aspects of business category classification,spatial layout and spatial scale through field research,Arc GIS spatial analysis and other methods,so as to find the potential problems in the configuration of community commercial facilities.Secondly,the needs and characteristics of commercial facilities in the 15-minute living circle community are studied.Based on the domestic and foreign practice of life circle planning,this paper conducts a basic research on the life circle,and discusses the relationship between the connotation of life circle and the configuration of community commercial facilities from the perspectives of residents and community commercial facilities.Through the questionnaire survey,the residents collected the data about the use demand and use condition of the community commercial facilities.Combined with the data analysis,the three characteristics of the use demand of the community commercial facilities under the 15-minute living circle were summarized,including diversity,convenience and comfort.Summarize the configuration characteristics of community commercial facilities under the 15-minute living circle according to the demand characteristics.Finally,optimization is suggested on the configuration of commercial facilities in the 15-minute living circle community are put forward from the four aspects of business category classification,spatial layout,spatial scale and management and implementation. |
