In the absence of global energy resources,wind energy is becoming more and more important as a renewable and clean energy source.The development of wind turbine energy technology at home and abroad is paying more and more attention,which also promotes the development of wind turbine installation equipment.The wind turbine installation vessel studied by our institute is a 1,600-ton self-propelled self-elevating wind turbine installation vessel independently designed by a domestic manufacturer.It is equipped with a pile-around main crane and truss-type pile legs,and has a larger hanging width and greater working depth.In this paper,the structure of the wind turbine installation vessel is designed,and it is checked and optimized according to the classification society regulations.Then,according to the working characteristics of the installation vessel,the strength of the main hull in five typical working conditions,namely,towing condition,pre-ballast condition,working condition and storm self-storage condition,under floating and standing conditions are analyzed.In view of the great difference between the calculation ideas and methods of the self-elevating wind turbine installation vessel under the towing condition and the standing condition,the overall strength analysis part of this paper will be divided into two parts for research and analysis.In this paper,the technical parameters of the main components of the installation vessel are determined by the design specification,and the hull structure model is established according to the relevant parameters.The load on the ship under various working conditions is described.The accurate load value is calculated before the finite element analysis of the main hull structure,and then the load on the hull structure model is analyzed.Finally,the calculated analysis results are evaluated and verified according to the classification society codes..Main research work and achievements of this paper:1)Explains the research background of this subject,briefly describes the global wind power market in recent years,and expounds the advantages of self-elevating wind turbine installation vessels over ordinary wind power installation platforms;2)Introduced the performance parameters of the wind turbine installation vessel studied in this subject,and conducted the structural design check of the main hull part according to the CCS classification society rules;3)Introduce the operation process of the wind turbine installation vessel,and summarize the typical working conditions that the installation vessel needs to consider during the whole work process;4)Analyze the load received by the wind turbine installation vessel under towing conditions,calculate the hydrodynamic load,propose design waves,perform finite element analysis of the main hull structure,and check the analysis results in accordance with the specifications;5)Analyzed the force of the pile leg of the wind turbine installation vessel under towing conditions,and calculated the load size of the pile leg in roll and pitch according to the specification,and then established a simplified model of the pile leg to analyze its structural strength by finite element;6)Analyze the environmental load received by the wind turbine installation vessel under pre-ballast,operation and storm self-storage conditions,and predict the inertial load and P-△ load on the hull,perform finite element analysis,and check the analysis results according to the specifications.The research result of this paper is to sort out the structural design process and calculation method of the main hull of the wind power installation vessel,summarize the load and overall strength analysis of the main hull under different working conditions,and elaborate the calculation ideas.Provide a certain reference for the future design and development of new self-elevating wind turbine installation vessels in my country.
