With the developing environment protection requirement of the government of every country and the progress of the scientific technologies,human society are paying more and more attention to the pollution of traditional mineral energy and have an increasing need for clean energy.Wind power,especially offshore wind power,is becoming the next energy support of human society due to its lower cost,continual output and the advantage of fewer land occupancy.Self-elevating offshore wind turbine installation unit,which is one of the jack-up unit,is also widely applied on the area of offshore wind turbine installation because of safety,high efficiency and movability.Jacking system of a platform is one of the most important component.And its performance directly impacts safety of life & property at sea and service efficiency of the platform.This dissertation has a general introduction about the developing application of the self-elevating wind turbine installation platforms in civil and abroad,the jacking system's structure,principle of work and work process.and with reference to international rules and CCS rules of jack-up platform lifting system of basic design requirements,the overall scheme of the design of the lifting device,namely hydraulic bolt type lifting scheme?This dissertation has analyzed the structure and system running process of the plug-type continuous lifting system.The equipment arrangement of the lifting mechanism of pile leg is put forward.The construction environment of the self-elevating offshore wind power installation platform is described in detail.In addition,it also calculates the sea current force,wave force and wind force that the platform may be subjected to,and the purpose is to provide the foundation for the design and establishment of the mechanical model of the pile leg.Based on the overall structure,the locking device,the solid pile chamber,the lifting mechanism,the centring mechanism and the pile leg are explored and designed.In this paper,the load analysis of pile leg and the whole and local mechanics analysis of pile leg under the condition of towing and shifting are carried out.Using the finite element method,DNV-GL SESAM software was used to analyze the strength of the leg of the lifting system.Completed the design of hydraulic system schematic diagram.protect and monitoring requirement for hydraulic system,hydraulic pump selection ect.
