Research On Urban Cultural Center Design In The Form Of "Multi-Pavilions In One"

Under the background of urbanization in China,urban population is constantly concentrated,urban land is increasingly tense,and urban culture(art)center gradually replaces single function cultural buildings,so as to meet people’s growing demand for a better cultural life as much as possible.In recent years,the city culture(art)center of "multi-pavilions in one" has the characteristics of "gathering various cultural industries",which is conducive to the intensive use of land,the unified planning of base landscape and transportation,and carries the important task of conveying regional culture and displaying the city image.At present,the research on this type of building complex in domestic industry is not deep enough,and the results are relatively few.Therefore,this paper,combined with the actual project,carries out a special study on this type of building complex,which has a positive practical significance and application value.This paper takes the design of "multi-pavilions in one" of urban culture(art)center as the research object,adopts the research methods such as literature review,case analysis,classification comparison,field investigation and practical operation,analyzes the relevant concepts,the reasons for the rise of urban culture(art)center at home and abroad and the current situation of its development,arranges and compiles a large number of engineering practice case materials,and analyzes the "multi-pavilions in one" design This paper summarizes the design advantages and common design methods of the form type of "multi-pavilions in one",summarizes six key points of the design of the urban culture(art)center of "multi-pavilions in one"-form regionalization,function juxtaposition,space compounding,streamline systematization,modeling integration,technology greenization,and specifically expounds the corresponding design strategies,and selects eight typical cases at home and abroad.In this paper,some problems in the design practice,such as too large square scale,limited functional unit management,three-dimensional traffic to reduce the accessibility of buildings,exaggerated modeling to increase structural and financial pressure,are critically considered.Based on the theory and practice,the author selectively applied the research ideas and design strategies to the design of Zhejiang Zhijiang cultural center,an engineering project during the internship of Zhejiang Province Institute of Architectural Design and Research,and achieved good results,and extended to explore the future development trend of urban cultural(art)center design,which was recognized by the chief architect.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the design research and engineering practice in the future.The paper falls into six chapters with 72462 characters,176 illustrations and 4appendixes.
