| Recently,there are abundant research achievements on traditional houses in Jiangnan,among which the research of building components in traditional houses mainly focuses on the discussion of component decoration art,the research of construction technology,and the research of component processing modulus scale.In the academic research on the repair of cultural relic buildings and the protection and reuse of historical buildings,the treatment of building components is often "retain and repair the original components" and "use traditional methods to repair the old as the old".How to protect the traditional building components and how to reprocess and use them in the protection and repair project is often unclear.With the rapid development of urbanization,many traditional village houses have been demolished and transformed.A large number of demolished building components are still in good quality,with high artistic value,and can be reused.Therefore,these building components from the traditional houses are widely used in the later architectural transformation and construction of new buildings,and become new traditional buildings with traditional design elements.In addition,the traditional building components are also favored by collectors.The beautiful patterns,good texture and rich historical information make them more and more valuable.Market efficiency led to a period of rampant illegal trading,which caused substantial damage to the traditional houses that should be protected.The purpose of the whole house or scattered components purchased is also worth exploring.Therefore,this paper based on the traditional residential component preservation,protection presents a variety of phenomena.The purpose of this paper is to emphasize the value of components and the possibility of reuse.According to the current use situation,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of traditional components,and summarizes the principles and methods of reuse.This paper is divided into four chapters.First of all,on the basis of a large number of field research,we try to establish a value evaluation system of traditional residential building components in Jiangnan.According to the construction cultural background,architectural form characteristics and architectural decoration art of traditional houses in this area,the value of architectural components is discussed.Combined with the current situation of research,taking three types of preservation of traditional residential building components as the factors to consider,the corresponding evaluation index,evaluation index weight value and evaluation criteria are established for the evaluation of the value and available performance of traditional residential building components with different backgrounds.And select three types of preservation of traditional residential building component samples as examples to verify the feasibility of the evaluation method.Secondly,according to the actual situation of reuse,it is concluded that under the three modes of reconstructing traditional buildings with traditional residential building components,repairing historical buildings with high-quality materials,and displaying the artistic value of components as traditional decorative elements,the characteristics and methods of component reuse,including component selection,functional form transformation,reuse construction mode,etc.,are illustrated with practical cases.Based on this,this paper discusses the influence of component reuse on the advantages and disadvantages of reuse object and component itself.Finally,according to the actual situation of preservation and reuse of traditional residential building components,as well as the analysis of methods and advantages and disadvantages in many application examples,this paper summarizes the principles and Strategies of reuse of traditional residential building components.In order to judge the advantages and disadvantages of individual samples,and to excavate the social and cultural value of components to deepen the value transmission effect,and to repair the component to improve the appearance and improve the integrity of the component’s own reuse,it is hoped to provide some reference for the transformation and design. |
