Study On The Protection And Utilization System Of Nanjing Red Cultural Resources

Red cultural resources are the historical relics and heritages left by the Chinese people in the practice of long-term revolutionary war,which have great educational significance and important historical and cultural values.Since the nineteen Congress,general secretary Xi Jinping has put forward new requirements for the protection and utilization of red cultural resources in a series of important speeches "to make good use of red resources,carry forward the red tradition and inherit red genes".Red cultural resources has become an significant vehicle to carry forward the spirit of patriotism,actively cultivate and practice the socialism core values.Red cultural resources are the precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese Communists.The red gene inherited by red cultural resources is the spiritual core of the Chinese Communists.In the process of rapid urban development,the historical environment of red cultural resources has greatly changed,and there are problems such as the loss or the damage of red cultural resources,excessive tourism and commercialization.How to protect and utilize the red cultural resources and establish the protection and utilization system of the red cultural resources is one of the priorities of the current planning and design.Nanjing is the microcosm of modern Chinese history and the witness of the great victory of the revolutionary struggle led by the Communist Party of China.This paper,starting from the value and characteristics of red cultural resources,taking Nanjing as an example,discusses the methods and paths of the construction of the protection and utilization system of red cultural resources in Nanjing on the basis of in-depth mining and comprehensive sorting out the quantity,location,type,time,historical facts,using main bodies and existing conditions of the existing red cultural resources.The paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter one is the introduction,which mainly describes the study background,related concepts,research purposes and significance,and sets the study content and framework.In Chapter two,the domestic and foreign scholars’ studies on the protection and utilization of red cultural resources is untangled,and the cases at different scales of protection and utilization of red cultural resources are analyzed,which provides theoretical and practical basis for the research of this paper.Chapter three describes the value and characteristics of red cultural resources,analyzes the evaluation factors that affect the evaluation of urban red cultural resources,and uses AHP to determine the weight of evaluation indicators,to construct the evaluation system of red cultural resources.In Chapter four,the development process,value characteristics,distribution and classification,preservation and protection level of Nanjing red cultural resources are investigated and analyzed,and the existing problems of Nanjing red cultural resources are analyzed.On the basis of the above,Chapter five constructs the overall protection and utilization system framework of Nanjing red cultural resources,refines each aspect of the protection and utilization system and puts forward specific protection methods.The sixth chapter is the summary and Prospect of the whole paper.
