Research On The Protection And Utilization Strategy Of Red Cultural Resources

Red culture is a unique excellent traditional culture in China.It has the great spiritual connotation of hard work and self-improvement.Its spirit is of great significance to the construction of new era thought.However,at present,there are some problems,such as poor quality of the body,serious natural damage and loss of resources,and great difficulty in utilization,which have a certain impact on the protection and inheritance of red culture.Therefore,this paper draws on the relevant theories of cultural heritage protection and the experience of successful cases,focuses on the analysis of the characteristics and classification of red cultural resources,systematically studies the protection and Utilization Strategies of red cultural resources,and takes Nanjing Jiangbei new area as an example for empirical exploration,hoping to make contributions to enriching the theoretical research on the protection and utilization of red cultural resources,and provide reference for the protection and utilization of red cultural resources in other cities and regions.Firstly,it combs the relevant concepts,regulations,documents and relevant practice cases of the protection and utilization of foreign historical and cultural heritage and War sites,reviews the process of the protection and utilization of domestic red cultural resources,and sorts out and summarizes the social background,important national documents and policies,protection and utilization ideas and methods at each stage.Secondly,it analyzes the five characteristics of red cultural resources,such as non renewable,rich spiritual connotation,diversity of presentation forms and inheritance of resource value.The classification research of red cultural resources has been deepened.On this basis,according to the types and current characteristics of resources,this paper puts forward protection measures such as comprehensive protection,all-out protection and classified protection,as well as utilization strategies such as diversified utilization,spatial integration and system series connection.Finally,taking the protection and utilization of red cultural resources in Jiangbei new area as an example,this paper makes an empirical study.Through literature reading,historical data collection,field research and network questionnaires,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the development process,value,characteristics,current situation and existing problems of red cultural resources in Jiangbei new area.In view of the existing red culture resources,this paper puts forward the classified and classified protection strategies.On the basis of protection,through the diversified display and utilization of red cultural resources,the organization and series connection of cultural lines,and the integration with the surrounding land functions,a cultural network system combining "points,lines and areas" is formed to fully highlight the cultural connotation of Jiangbei new area.
