With the change in the modern market environment,competition among enterprises,especially among manufacturing enterprises,is no longer a competition between single enterprises,but a competition between supply chains and supply chains.Supply chain management is the focus of modern supply chains.The implementation of supply chain management can reduce the costs of companies on the chain and improve the efficiency of supply chain operations.Traditional automotive supply chain management system usually use a centralized data storage model.Core companies in the supply chain have low management efficiency,and data interaction between upstream and downstream companies is difficult.The opacity,asymmetry and unreliability of the information on the chain have even caused trust issues in the automotive supply chain.Under the influence of many uncertain internal and external factors,the automotive supply chain management inevitably creates a development bottleneck.Blockchain technology is a new application mode that combines a variety of computer technologies such as distributed data storage,point-to-point transmission,multi-party consensus mechanisms,and cryptography.Based on the characteristics of blockchain decentralization,detrust,and data tampering,applying this technology to traditional automotive supply chain management has high research significance and practical value.The thesis combines the transaction environment of the automotive supply chain,and analyzes the feasibility of combining the blockchain technology with the pain points in the traditional automotive supply chain management.The paper proposes a new scheme for automotive supply chain management based on block technology,which makes data on the chain transparent and visible,and collaborative governance of enterprises on the chain.The main research and work contents of the paper are as follows:(1)A prototype system for automotive supply chain management based on blockchain technology was constructed.The underlying blockchain network of the system is built using the alliance chain development platform hyperledger fabric.The system application layer provides operation pages,and the lightweight development framework express is used to implement the HTTP server.The Node SDK is used for interaction between the application layer and the underlying blockchain network.(2)Propose a method to verify the data source before uploading using digital signature technology.The enterprise reconstructs the content of the part label and writes the combination of part information and digital signature into the label.Through digital signature verification and on-chain comparison verification,the authenticity and traceability of data before on-chain is ensured.(3)Design and improve the blockchain network based on the business scenario of the automotive supply chain.The thesis designs a multi-channel transaction model in the blockchain network,and uses channels to isolate the blockchain transactions to protect the sensitive data of the enterprise.The thesis design adopts the method of dynamically electing the leader node to improve the default data synchronization process of the fabric and enhance the entire The stability and elasticity of the network reduces the burden of synchronizing blocks of sorting nodes;according to the business function requirements of the system,smart contracts are developed using the Golang language to implement the operation of the blockchain ledger status at the application layer.After completing the system design and implementation,the paper tested the function and performance of the automotive supply chain management system built with blockchain technology.The results show that the system can provide good information management services and has certain feasibility. |
