In recent years,my country’s heavy-duty vehicle industry has developed rapidly and has broad market prospects.According to "Made in China 2025",the heavy-duty vehicle industry should adjust its structure,change its mode,accelerate technological transformation,and produce more efficient and green products to meet the domestic market’s demand for heavy-duty vehicles.However,due to the large and complex supply chain of the heavy-duty vehicle industry,it is difficult to effectively control the quality of the supply chain,so that the frequent quality problems of heavy-duty vehicles affect the output of products.Therefore,how to establish an effective supply chain-oriented heavy-duty vehicle quality control mechanism and improve product quality is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of the heavy-duty vehicle industry.Based on the investigation of the status quo of heavy-duty vehicle quality control in company A under the supply chain environment,this paper aims at problems such as islanding of quality information,low reliability of quality data,and difficulty in quality traceability and accountability,combining the international quality management standard system of the automotive industry and regional Blockchain technology,proposed a blockchain-based heavy-duty vehicle quality control model for company A and developed a blockchain-based heavy-duty vehicle quality control system.The main research results include:(1)A company A heavy-duty vehicle quality control model based on blockchain is constructed in the supply chain environment.Based on the analysis of the quality control process of company A’s heavy-duty vehicles,combined with the international quality management standard system,a quality data model covering core supply chain links such as parts supply,logistics warehousing,design,and vehicle assembly was established;using the alliance blockchain license Based on the characteristics of the system,a distributed quality control model with A company’s supervision department as the central node,parts suppliers,logistics and warehousing companies,design departments,vehicle assembly workshops and other nodes was established,effectively solving the problem of decentralized quality management.(2)The block chain system for the quality control of A company’s heavy-duty vehicles in the supply chain environment is designed.Including block chain system architecture design(data collection layer,block chain layer,service layer and application layer),block chain system functional structure design,chain code and block design,consensus mechanism design,block storage design,to meet the Quality data collection,encryption and storage,realize quality information query,quality problem traceability and other management and control functions.(3)Developed a blockchain system for heavy-duty vehicle quality control of Company A in the supply chain environment,and verified the system effect.Based on the Hyperledger Fabric open source consortium chain system,the deployment and operation of modules such as uploading,querying,and traceability of quality information of the blockchain system are realized.It has been tested and verified that the system can effectively and credibly integrate the quality data of each link in the heavy-duty vehicle production supply chain to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the data,making it easier to trace the source of quality and pursue accountability,which is conducive to solving the problem of heavy-duty vehicles in the supply chain environment.The problem of automobile quality control has good reference significance for the quality control of the automobile industry.
