Surface water vulnerability assessment is a common multi-attribute decision making problem.The TOPSIS method is one of the multi-attribute decision making method,which has been applied to the evaluation of surface water vulnerability.However,the traditional TOPSIS method is difficult to deal with the highly complex and uncertain problem of evaluation information in surface water vulnerability.Interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy sets have a wider expression space in describing the highly complex and uncertain evaluation information.Therefore,this dissertation introduces the interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy sets into the TOPSIS method,studies the interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy TOPSIS method,and provides a new theoretical method for the evaluation of surface water vulnerability.The main content of this dissertation is as follows.(1)An interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy TOPSIS method with known weights is proposed.In the beginning,based on the ordered weighted geometric operator and hybrid geometric operator,interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy ordered weighted geometric operator and interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy hybrid geometric operator are given.Then,based on the Minkowski distance measure,the Minkowski distance measure of the interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy sets in the discrete domain and the Minkowski distance measure of the interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy sets in the continuous domain are given.Finally,the interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy TOPSIS decision method with known weights is given,and the validity and applicability of the method proposed in this dissertation are verified by an example.(2)An interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy TOPSIS method with unknown weights is proposed.In the beginning,based on the degree of closeness,a method for determining the weight of unknown experts is given.Furthermore,on this basis,combined with the interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy TOPSIS method with known weights,the interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy TOPSIS method with unknown weights is constructed,and the calculation steps are given.Finally,an example is used to verify the validity and applicability of the method proposed in this dissertation.(3)Apply the interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy TOPSIS method to the surface water vulnerability assessment of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration.Based on the interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy TOPSIS method,the surface water vulnerability of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration is evaluated.The surface water vulnerability index of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration is given.The surface water vulnerability of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration is divided into five levels: extremely high vulnerability,high vulnerability,medium vulnerability,low vulnerability and very low vulnerability.The research in this dissertation will further enrich the interval-valued generalized orthopair fuzzy sets theory,broaden the application range of TOPSIS decision making method,wich provide theoretical basis and decision support for the evaluation and management of surface water vulnerability.
