With the rapid development of economy, the increase of population, the expandingof manufacturing scale and speeding of the urbanization, the people’s demand forelectrical equipment become larger and larger. However, the construction and operationof electrical equipment will destroy the environment in some extent. As a kind of tool ofdecision support, environmental impact assessment has been widely used toevaluate potential improvement areas. In the present stage, the theory of environmentalassessment of the power transmission project is still relatively not enough. In this paper,the paper chiefly studies the environment affection of the power transmission project. Ithas important theoretic and substantial significance.This article mainly studies the environment assessment of220KV powertransmission project on ShiBanYu. First, review and summarize the environmentalimpact assessment related theory at home and abroad. According to the selectionprinciple of the power transmission and transformation project environmental impactevaluation index, construct the evaluation index system of the power transmission andtransformation project environmental impact. Then, widely collect related information;analyze the power transmission and transformation engineering on the surroundingelectromagnetic environment, sound environment and the influence of the ecologicalenvironment combined with the actual situation of ShiBanYu220KV. Finally, based onthe index selection principle and guiding ideology, construct the index system of powertransmission project environment, and synthetically evaluates on them.
