Research On The Application Of EVA In The Performance Evaluation Of K Company

In recent years,the domestic automobile industry has made great progress,but with the continuous change of economic environment,the automobile industry is facing greater challenges.The development of enterprises cannot do without management.The quality of management will be directly reflected by the results of enterprise performance evaluation.In turn,a good performance evaluation system will also improve the management level of enterprises.Therefore,scientific performance evaluation methods play an important role in the operation and management of enterprises.Therefore,China’s automobile enterprises need more effective performance appraisal system to strengthen enterprise management and enhance the economic value of enterprises.EVA has been widely respected in foreign enterprises since it was launched.EVA was introduced into China in the 1990 s,and even SASAC introduced it into the performance management of central enterprises.But EVA is a kind of imported product.If Chinese enterprises want to make good use of EVA,they need to combine the national conditions and their own development.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the industry and the development of the enterprise itself,this paper constructs the performance evaluation system based on EVA,finds the problems in the operation and management of the enterprise,and starts from the key points to improve the enterprise value,so as to provide reference for the performance evaluation of China’s automobile enterprises.This paper takes K company,which has a certain representative of automobile industry,as an example,aiming at improving the management level and value of the enterprise.Based on the existing theoretical research and practice basis,the paper analyzes the current performance evaluation method of K company,and puts forward the necessity and feasibility of introducing EVA evaluation system.In the construction of EVA performance evaluation system,the relevant accounting items are adjusted according to EVA calculation formula,and the basic content of evaluation system is determined by combining KPI analysis method.Through calculation and analysis,the superiority of EVA evaluation system is obtained compared with the traditional evaluation system.The driving factors are analyzed in depth,and the problems in the enterprise management are found,and the optimization scheme is put forward.In this paper,EVA value set by SASAC is not copied,but based on the operation characteristics of automobile industry and K enterprise,set up indicators that conform to their own,which can combine absolute index with relative index,financial index and non-financial index,improve the effectiveness of EVA performance evaluation system,make up and correct the defects of traditional accounting index evaluation system,and find management through decomposition drive The core method of promoting enterprise value enhances the practical significance of system construction.
