At present,China’s economic environment puts forward the requirement of high quality development for automobile enterprises.Due to the important role of performance evaluation in business management,China’s automobile enterprises need a scientific performance evaluation method urgently.As an effective value management tool,EVA has been widely praised by foreign enterprises since it was proposed,and has been applied in the United States,Sweden,New Zealand,Singapore and other countries.But EVA is an exotic product.If it wants to be applied and developed in Chinese enterprises,it needs to integrate with the actual situation of Chinese enterprises.Therefore,based on the actual demand of the development of China’s automobile enterprises,this paper tries to design a scientific and effective EVA-based performance evaluation system,in order to improve the operability and applicability of EVA in the application of automobile enterprises in our country,and provide reference and experience for the introduction or improvement of EVA as the core of the performance evaluation of China’s automobile companies.In this paper,taking the Great Wall Motor Company as a case of enterprise,through analyzing performance evaluation of the status quo,puts forward the idea of introducing EVA,and summarizes the difficulties of the application of EVA in the enterprise based on the related theories of the previous text and the native application experience of EVA.In this paper,the design of EVA-based performance evaluation system is based on the goal of maximizing the value of the company.Firstly,decompose EVA according to the calculation formula of EVA,to seek the driving financial factors of enterprise value creation and establish contact with non-financial factors,establishing the basic content of building EVA performance evaluation system from the two dimensions of financial and non-financial.Secondly,select key performance evaluation indicators based on driving factors and combining the operating characteristics of auto companies,and scientifically allocate index weights by referring to the relevant provisions of existing performance evaluation and using analytic hierarchy process.Finally,set the efficiency coefficient method as a scoring method for this performance evaluation system.The new performance evaluation system has improved the previous performance evaluation.First,through introducing EVA and taking it as the core index of the performance evaluation system,make up and amend the shortcomings of the traditional accounting index,which is beneficial to the enterprise to set up the capital cost consciousness and improve the value creation ability.Second,through adding non-financial indicators,cover the two aspects of financial and non-financial aspects,overcome the inherent limitations of the EVA evaluation,and make the performance evaluation more comprehensive and systematic,which is conducive to guiding the long-term development of the enterprise.Third,using the capital asset pricing model to set the EVA measurement method for automobile enterprises,instead of simply copying the EVA measurement method set by the SASAC,which enhances the effectiveness of EVA in automotive enterprises.Fourth,according to the calculation formula of EVA to decompose EVA,find the driving factors,and combine the operating characteristics of the automobile enterprise to set up a clear evaluation index and weight,which improve the operability of the performance evaluation based on EVA in the application of the automobile enterprise.Fifth,putting forward the guarantee proposal to ensure the implementation of the new system,enhance the practical significance of the construction system.
