With the continuous development of modern city,the city blocks closely linked with it are also in line with the times,from the most primitive basic traffic function to more and more in line with the important space of providing convenient and higher quality life for the contemporary city.As an important part of the city,the renewal and reconstruction of urban block space has been attached great importance by the government.The improvement of the quality of the block space can promote the improvement of the relevant industrial economy of the block.This paper reviews the planning and development of urban dynamic blocks in the course of the times,and studies the micro transformation of the traffic,environment and space pressure of the blocks.So as to improve the space pressure and shortcomings of such commercial blocks,and promote the development of commercial blocks.
