| J Nuclear Power Company,as a production and power generation enterprise,although its overall performance is relatively stable in recent years,with the gradual deepening of power market reform,it is facing increasing market competition,especially the downward trend of national electricity price.greatly reduced the profit space of J company,but also brought a very adverse impact on the future development.In this context,J Company needs to formulate a new development strategy in time to make it not only in line with the internal needs of the company’s development,but also adapt to the changing trend of the external environment.Based on the actual operation of J Company,under the guidance of enterprise development strategy theory and analysis tools,with the help of data collection and on-the-spot investigation,this paper makes PEST analysis and Porter five-force model analysis for the external environment and industry environment of J Company to find out the external opportunities and threats,combined with the internal advantages and disadvantages of the company,using the internal and external factor evaluation matrix(IFE/EFE)to evaluate.Then through SWOT analysis to formulate and select the three-level development strategy in line with J company,according to which set the company’s overall strategy,business strategy and functional strategic objectives,put forward strategic policy support and guarantee,specific strategic implementation measures,and supplemented by strategic map and balanced scorecard tools to promote the effective implementation of the strategy.In this paper,through the analysis and study of the development of J company,formulate an appropriate development strategy,in order to enhance the core competitiveness,improve brand awareness,enhance market competitiveness,so as to promote the high-quality development of the enterprise. |
