In recent years,the production and sales of cars in China have increased rapidly,and automotive logistics has become an important growth point of China’s economy.With the increasingly fierce competition in car industry,automotive logistics has been regarded by many car manufacturers as the best way to continue to tap potential and improve competitiveness.Logistics outsourcing has rapidly become a new business strategy of automotive manufacturing enterprises because of its advantages such as reducing operation cost,strengthening core competitiveness,accelerating organizational restructuring and improving enterprise response speed.From the perspective of the development trend of car industry at home and abroad,the third-party logistics mode will become the future dominant logistics mode.This paper starts from the characteristics of vehicle logistics,and studies the operation mode of vehicle logistics based on third-party logistics.Based on the characteristics of vehicle logistics,this paper takes F company as an example to study the optimization of vehicle logistics operation mode based on third-party logistics.F automotive company is a typical joint venture production and sales enterprise.It has first-class welding,painting,assembly production workshops and advanced car production technology.The company has first-class product quality and high-end technology research and development,and production cost is constantly reduced.However,due to the fierce competition in the car market,vehicle logistics of F automotive company has become the bottleneck of vehicle sales.Low efficiency and backward third party logistics service level of vehicle transportation,which seriously affects the delivery quality and quantity of vehicle.The third-party logistics has not only failed to improve customer satisfaction with F automotive company’s commercial vehicles,but also gradually affected the brand image F automotive company has established and directly affected the market sales of commercial vehicles.Faced with such a situation,how to optimize the design of the third-party logistics of F automotive company to improve the core competitiveness of products and sales efficiency is the content of this paper.This paper takes the third-party logistics of F automotive company as the research object,analyzes the development status and existing problems of the third-party logistics of F automotive company on the basis of collecting,sorting and summarizing the relevant literature of third-party logistics,and proposes the optimization scheme of the third-party logistics management of F automotive company.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance of third-party logistics,the research status of domestic and foreign academic circles,the research objectives and contents of this paper and the research methods adopted.Secondly,in the summary analysis of the third party logistics,on the basis of relevant theories and development status of domestic research third party logistics development present situation and existing problems,puts forward the third party logistics management to optimize the management mode and method,including inventory structure,optimize the integration of information system,formulate detailed process each link,the vehicle shippers management and measures rules and improving customer service levels,and forecasts t the third party logistics management to optimize the expected effect.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis and research on third-party logistics management,and provides a series of optimization and improvement plans for third-party logistics.Through the optimization plan,the lean management of third-party logistics can be achieved.As a result,F automotive company can improve its core competitiveness and reduce transportation costs,so that F automotive company can continue to develop. |
