With the development of economy,the living environment is improving,and the demand for architecture is also increasing.There are some problems and defects in traditional construction,such as poor technology integration ability,extensive management,backward production means,and environmental pollution and so on.To some extent,prefabricated buildings can overcome and remedy the defects of traditional construction methods.Become one of the important ways to transform and upgrade the construction industry.However,there are still many problems in assembly architecture,especially in management.How to coordinate the relationship between design and construction and maintain the information of participants in each stage the key question is the shared link.As a new concept and technology,BIM provides a means to solve the problem of processing complex information and huge data in building engineering.BIM is a non-contact pattern automatic identification technology,which can effectively identify and track building components.According to the application of building management assembly mode,this paper combines the two methods,and after reasonably collecting the construction schedule information through RFID technology,forms the real-time information transmission of BIM model,and carries on the whole life cycle management to the construction project.(1)This article describes the shortcomings of the traditional construction anmanagement method.Through comparative analysis,the importance and existing problems of the development of prefabricated building lifecycle management are obtained.Domestic and foreign applications together with research situation of prefabricated building,the technology of BIM and RFID are discussed.(2)This article discusses the modeling specifications and standards based on Revit for personal or non-professional teams,summarizes the structure and pipeline network modeling process based on Revit software,and makes the modeling process reasonable and informative.(3)The research is based on Revit's development of monitoring information analysis and processing functions,making use of Revit's rich and powerful API and its secondary development,using C# as the basic language to develop software in Visual Studio 2013,and building BIM and RFID based technologies.The structure monitoring data management system effectively improves the monitoring information processing and information analysis functions,and integrates with RFID technology to store component information in real time.The functional modules of the system can be divided into four modules: monitoring system information sharing,monitoring data management,early warning system,and RFID data management to realize the management and storage of monitoring data.(4)Through practical engineering cases,the application of BIM and RFID technology in various phases of the life-cycle of prefabricating structure is simulated,and narrate the role of each stage in detail.
