As an important part of the elevator car,the elevator guide boots have a direct impact on the safety of the elevator.In order to diagnose the fault of elevator guide boots more accurately and comprehensively,a fault diagnosis method based on Gabor wavelet transform and multi-core support vector machine(MSVM)is proposed in this paper.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the acceleration sensor is used to collect the instantaneous vibration signal of the object to be studied under the real-time running state,and the signal processing and analysis method of empirical mode decomposition is used to analyze the collected target signal.However,due to the underimpact of the envelope when the EMD decomposes the target signal,the feature vectors of some target signals with low frequency will have a certain degree of error when they are extracted.Therefore,this paper innovatively proposes the signal Decomposition method of Gabor filter optimization Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD)to optimize the envelope,so that the low-frequency signal EMD processing results that might produce errors are no longer defective.The effect of signal data filtering and denoising on low frequency is stronger and the result of signal decomposition processing is more accurate.Secondly,the data classification method of multi-core support vector machine is proposed,which is constructed by combining kernel function,which not only solves the limitation of single kernel function,but also improves the accuracy of data mapping processing when processing the nonlinear data sample set.Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.Compared with the fault diagnosis method based on wavelet transform and least squares support vector machine,the accuracy of the proposed method is increased by about 5%,reaching 87.6%.Finally,using technology to design a kind of communication transmission based on Gabor wavelet transform and multi-core support vector machine(SVM)innovation of elevator guide boots fault diagnosis technology of Internet of data remote cloud storage+cloud computing service platform,processing of elevator safety regulation in the area of business,remote monitoring area inside the elevator running status,diagnosis,and early warning the possibility of the elevator,Realize the elevator safety management standardization,intelligence and integration.
