With the in-depth advancement of the strategic deployment of transportation power, rail transit has led the development of transportation modernization, especially in terms of optimizing the structure of transportation organization, adjusting the urban spatial layout and integrating regional economic resources. As the key node of passenger flow, the regional rail transit comprehensive passenger transport hub is responsible for the passenger flow exchange function of the integrated transportation network.Nowadays,it not only meets the diversified travel needs within and outside the region, but is an important part of integrating transportation resources to achieve integrated transportation. It puts forward higher requirements for the transportation capacity and resource allocation of the hub. This paper starts from the three links of capacity calculation, bottleneck identification and capacity coordination. The purpose is to grasp the transportation capacity change law of multiple transportation modes of the hub.And based on this,a scheme for hub transportation capacity coordination is proposed, providing decision support for the deployment of hub transportation resources.Firstly,it starts with the definition of the regional rail transit comprehensive passenger transport hub and the functional positioning of multiple transportation modes. This paper analyzes the passenger flow distribution structure of the multi-standard,multi-level,multiagent integrated transportation system and the connection of passenger flow in the hub.Defined the meaning and research object of this article, also analyzing the influence factors of passenger flow fluctuation, line carrying capacity and facilities and equipment on the capacity matching of various transportation modes. The above analysis lays the foundation for the calculation of capacity matching.Secondly, this paper clarifies the calculation principle of the matching in transportation capacity.Using regional economic theory and potential energy model to get the rail passenger train passenger rate.Combined with the passenger train marshalling plan, the passenger arrival capacity of the hub railway was determined.Measuring the "point-line" capability of the hub in terms of line evacuation and equipment capabilities.Through the calculation of the matching degree, the bottleneck period of the full-day transportation capacity of the hub is identified. The calculation of coordination degree is put forward to support the construction of a coordinated optimization model of transportation capacity. Finally, the multi-objective optimization model of transportation capacity coordination and matching is constructed by combining the dual objectives of capacity coordination and operating costs. This paper proposes to apply the power coefficient method to solve the multiobjective problem into a single-objective problem. In terms of empirical analysis, this paper takes Chengdu East Railway Station as an example. The railway passenger arrival and departure capacity of Chengdu East Railway Station is calculated, and the passenger flow fluctuation rule and capacity peak hours are initially analyzed.Through calculation of capacity matching of Chengdu subway, bus and taxi, the bottleneck period of capacity was obtained. At the same time, the transportation modes which are prone to bottlenecks and have poor capacity coordination are also available.Based on this basis, coordination and optimization of transportation capacity for this period are performed. The research results show that a multi-objective capacity optimization model that considers operating cost constraints can effectively alleviate the capacity bottleneck caused by the tight capacity of the hub during the peak passenger flow period. And this solution can save operating costs. It can provide solutions for improving the efficiency of the hub operation organization and improving the allocation efficiency of transportation resources.
