One of the difficult problems in the technical operation plan of large passenger stations is to study the bottleneck utilization and distribution optimization of arrival and departure lines of large passenger stations under the influence of train-delaying.This problem considers the relationship between the operation approach of throat area and the influence factors such as the arrival and departure distribution of train in and out of station.The constraint conditions of the application of the arrival line and bottleneck utilization are complex,and it is also a kind of large-scale multi-objective optimization decision-making problem.Fast allocation of arrival and departure lines and throat application of large passenger stations under the influence of train-delay can not only make receiving train operations,but also can affect the transportation organization and production efficiency of large passenger stations.And it is also the important guarantee of automatic dispatch and command of large passenger stations.Firstly,this paper analyzes the main passenger equipment and main operation content of large passenger station and studies the factors related to the application of bottleneck utilization and track allocation.And then this paper also studies the various time factors of the operation of the railway passenger station.This paper analyzes the intersection and dredging of the traffic assignment and the shunting operation and the taking time of bottleneck and track allocation and the time interval of arrival and departure line and buffer time of train operation diagram in detail.This paper also analyzes the classification of train delaying and the reason of train delaying and the theory of the delayed propagation.Secondly,on the basis,this paper describes the problem of the application of arrival and departure lines of large passenger stations.The basic principles to be followed and the objective of optimization are proposed in the paper.The modeling method of nonlinear mixed integer programming is adopted in the third chapter.The throat utilization and arrival and departure line assignment optimization model for delayed trains considering the priority of delayed trains is established and constraints associated in this model of the bottleneck utilization and track allocation problem are also created.The objective of the optimization is to minimize the total delay time of the late train.Lastly,the solution idea of Genetic Algorithm is analyzed in the paper.And the Genetic Algorithm of bottleneck utilization and track allocation is designed in the fourth chapter.The program of this paper is made by the software of MATLAB.The comprehensive application model of arrival and departure lines and throat of large passenger stations is solved under taking a phase plan data from dongfeng station on a certain day and a given station,the number of arrival lines,the number of late trains.The feasibility of the model and algorithm is proved by analyzing the result.The result is also deeply studied.And the influence of thenumber of late trains and the delaying time on the second delaying time was studied.It is concluded that when the train is late,the route should be arranged according to the principle of "advanced station,first arrangement".When there are a large number of trains delaying,non-delayed trains should be arranged to enter the station first.
