Research On The Framework Design Of The Cost Settlement Management System Forrailway Commodity Automobile Logistics

Since 2006,with the development of the national automobile industry,the volume of Railway Automobile transportation has been increasing year by year,and the market share of transportation has been continuously increasing.TH Company as the only operation subject of the whole railway commodity automobile transportation business,undertakes general contracting for railway commodity automobile logistics,providing a variety of personalized logistics service modes such as “ door-to-door ”,“door-to-station”,“station-to-station”,“station-to-door”.Meanwhile,TH Company needs to settle the related costs with the related subjects of upstream and downstream commodity automobile logistics,including the logistics cost of automobile manufacturers/ logistics providers,distribution cost of automobile distribution enterprises and multi-fund settlement with stations/freight yards,etc.With the rapid growth of railway freight volume and the increase of logistics links,the settlement of commodity automobile logistics cost is becoming more and more complex.The traditional manual Excel tabulating and checking lead to inefficient settlement of cost,inaccurate data,cumbersome operation and difficult statistical analysis,which have become the bottleneck restricting the development and management of railway commodity automobile logistics.Therefore,it is a vital task to design and develop a targeted railway commodity automobile logistics cost settlement management system and strengthen the management of capital flow in railway commodity automobile logistics business by means of information technology.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and current research situation of railway commodity automobile logistics cost settlement management at home and abroad,puts forward the contents and objectives of developing the framework design of railway commodity automobile logistics cost settlement management system,explains the software engineering theory,input-output data and basic system platform involved in the study.On the basis of comprehensively introducing the logistics service modes,the structure of income cost and capital flow of railway commodity automobile logistics cost settlement,this paper sums up the influencing factors of cost settlement,carries out demand analysis of the system from the aspects of overall demand,business demand,functional demand and structural demand,and explains the overall framework design of the system,including system construction principles and objectives,application and network architecture,technical architecture,functional structure,information processing flow,configuration scheme,etc.The paper designs the functional modules of the system,and forms six functions: logistics cost management,logistics invoice management,distribution cost management,multi-fund management,comprehensive cost statistics query,contract price management,etc.It also puts forward the guarantee measures of system research and development,displays main functional interfaces of system,evaluates the effect of the system after implementation,maximizes to meet the needs of railway commodity automobile logistics cost settlement management,and ultimately achieve the integration of railway commodity automobile logistics,information flow and capital flow management,which can help provide a strong technical guarantee of the improvements of the efficiency and benefit of railway commodity automobile logistics and market competitiveness.
