| Under the background of supply-side structural reform,China’s economic development model has been transitioning from rapid growth to high-quality development,and the pursuit of high-quality development is a new strategic task for the innovation and development of enterprises.The supply chain logistics in automotive industry shall make use of the current information technology for service and management innovation,so as to improve the industrial quality in development.Logistics enterprises should focus on the needs and interests of customers,and enhance core competitiveness to meet the demand of customers to the greatest extent by technological innovation,management improvement.This thesis takes logistics services quality improvement of DH company as study purpose,and based on the theory of quality management,supply chain management,logistics management and production operation to find the existing problem of Dong Hon Logistics service for DH company under the logistics operation mode of DH company,in order to provide method for logistics quality assurance system optimization and service ability upgrade,moreover,the quality management system will be developed to help the implementation of the optimizations,and to achieve logistics service improvement.Firstly,this thesis describes the supply chain logistics management model of DH company and the current situation of whole value chain logistics service provided by Dong Hon Logistics,and introduces the current situation of the logistics network,information level,and ability of logistics services to meet the requirements of customers.Then,based on the identification and analysis of automotive logistics process,the problems of quality assurance system in supporting logistics operation are analyzed from the aspects of organizational structure and document system,and the problems of information comprehensiveness,timeliness and inter-departmental coordination of quality management in horizontal organization are analyzed,the effectiveness of the supporting document system as well.Next,based on the achievements of logistics KPI of DH company,this thesis analyses performance level and gap of logistic service,from the current situation of logistics information system application to analyze quality information access and the inefficient use of resource.Finally,this thesis describes the overall design idea that Dong Hon logistics aims to meet the quality requirements of DH company’s logistics to improve logistics quality.It constructs the QFD model from the aspect of logistics service element capability which affects the achievement of customer’s quality goal to analyze the service element capability level,and put forward optimization method of each service element.Moreover,it also forwards improvements from organizational structure,document system of quality assurance system to improve system assurance ability.Combined with Deming cycle and 6σ theory,the implementation of the optimization measures will be proceeded and the overall quality of logistics will be improved through the development and use of quality management information system. |
