With the vigorous development of China’s auto industry in recentyears,the relationship between supply and demand is growing, theautomobile manufacturing industry requirements are also put forwardhigher requirements, and is often made more intelligent development ofmore accurate request for automation of automobile manufacturingindustry.And now the domestic auto parts manufacturing enterprises, mostof the production logistics are based on artificial, development inautomation and informationization direction do not go far enough, whichdirectly led to some manufacturing enterprises have some low productionefficiency, the production quality is not enough, traceability is poor, someof them directly effects the direct benefit of the enterprise.This paper is insuch a context is proposed to design and development of a consistent set ofproduction enterprises logistics automation and information required forthe production of integrated system.The first chapter of the thesis firstly describes the researchbackground of production automation in this system, research scope andobjectives to be achieved and finally realize the meaning of function. Inthe second chapter of this thesis mainly introduces the key equipment inthe system hardware architecture and architecture, and a detailed analysisof the key modules.The third chapter introduces the system testingequipment based on machine vision related to some image processingalgorithms,and took over the practical application of theoryforeshadowing.The fourth chapter on the current has been applied inseveral relatively mature product like ZP11,Audi Q5are introduced detailed application. The fifth chapter introduces the system is how tonetwork, the computer station system in all with our server connection, toform a local area network, and all the real-time feedback is stored in adatabase in the server inside information needed to monitor the server atthe same time, also on the whole system in the pipeline for real-timeprocess control. In the sixth chapter, the paper introduces the software partof the whole system programming, the development and runningenvironment of software system is introduced, and then expounds thestructure, process debugging software and software design and interfaceoperation, to prove that the realization of the system and work flow. Finally,the seventh chapter is a summary of the whole system, puts forward andanalyzes the improvement and Prospect of existence, on the existing basis,puts forward the development direction and future requirements.Experimental results show that, this system can be traced andreal-time monitoring to the initial requirements in production efficiencyand, successfully completed the design goals. Finally the paper on the keytechniques in the system development process and development experienceto make a summary, prospect of research work is project.
