Red bean enterprises are big energy consumers.Reducing the energy consumption of self-provided thermal power plants by red bean enterprises is an important support and guarantee for red bean enterprises to achieve energy saving and emission reduction goals.At present,the operation mode of Hongdou Thermal Power Plant relies on the experience of the operators.The operation mode of the steam turbine side is that each heating unit generates more power when the heat is fixed,which often causes excess power generation to go online.Since the red bean thermal power plant is only responsible for supplying the thermal load in the park,it is not possible to obtain revenue from the power generation grid,so it not only causes waste of energy and environmental pollution,but also reduces the effectiveness of the thermal power plant.In order to fully tap the energy saving potential of the steam turbine side of Hongdou Thermal Power Plant,it is a practical and meaningful topic to realize the economic operation of Hongdou Thermal Power Plant through the optimal distribution of thermal power load.In order to realize the economics of the operation of Hongdoumu-controlled thermal power plant steam turbine side heating units,the main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on Dynamic Characteristic Modeling Method of Pumping Back Unit and Application of Dynamic Characteristic Equation in Thermal Power Distribution The basic principle of the cyclic function method is applied to the analysis of the thermal system of the pumping unit,and the modeling method of the dynamic characteristics of the pumping unit is studied.Later,the application of the cyclic function method in thermoelectric allocation was expanded,and the thermoelectric allocation method based on the kinetic characteristic equation established by the cyclic function method-dynamic characteristic allocation method was studied.(2)Research on Dynamic Characteristic Modeling Method of Steam Turbine Side Heating Unit Based on Operation Data After studying the dynamic characteristic modeling method of heating units,the operating data are used to model the dynamic characteristic equations of each heating unit.Among them,in view of the problem of lack of operational data flow,the principle of flow soft measurement based on the principle of heat balance was studied,applied to Hongdou Thermal Power Plant,and its steam flow side heating unit missing flow soft measurement model was established.Aiming at the problem of sharing the deaerator on the steam turbine side of the parent control system,the steam turbine side thermal system reconstruction and flow equivalent methods of the parent control system were studied and applied to Hongdou Thermal Power Plant.(3)Research on Optimal Distribution Strategy for Thermal Power Load of Steam Turbine Side Heating Units in United Grid Power Control System The operation cost modeling method of the parent control system of the joint power network is studied and the optimal distribution model of thermal power load is established.Based on the principle of small increment,the optimal distribution strategy of thermal load under different grid prices is studied.The calculation example shows that the utilization of the optimization plan of the low-grid network can reduce the operation cost.(4)Development of Software for Optimal Distribution of Thermal Power Load on Steam Turbine Side of Hongdou Thermal Power Plant Combined with the optimization strategy of thermal power load distribution in the combined network,MATLAB software was developed to optimize the thermal power load distribution of Hongdou Thermal Power Plant.The software is easy to operate and easy for operators to understand and use.
