China has a large population,and daily consumption and consumption will consume a lot of resources.In fact,with a certain amount of resources,per capital resources are scarce.With the improvement of people’s living standards,the material and spiritual needs are increasing.As a result,the consumption of resources has not decreased and the situation of resource shortage has become increasingly severe.The implementation of national energy conservation and emission reduction policies is also extremely urgent.The winter weather in the north is cold,and the energy consumed in winter is extremely huge.This paper is mainly for the heating industry.Taking six heat exchange stations as an example,through the balance control of heat in various regions,the heat energy can be fully utilized,which not only ensures the heating quality but also reduces the heat loss.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is aimed at the thermal balance control between the heat exchange stations.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the thermal imbalance,the temperature of the secondary side water supply is dynamically adjusted to achieve the thermal equilibrium of each heat exchange station.The control idea is to connect a circulating pump in parallel with the electric regulating valve at the primary side return water of the heat exchange unit of the heat exchange station with insufficient heat.When the weather is particularly cold,the circulating pump is started to promote the water circulation so that the secondary side water supply temperature meets the requirements.The second part is the electric control design of the heat exchange unit of the heat exchange station.This part is for the circulating pump and the supplementary water pump in the heat exchange unit of the heat exchange station.It uses PLC,frequency converter,contactor,relay and corresponding sensor to form the control system.With the Step7 programming software,the circulating pump is controlled by the constant temperature difference,and the make-up pump is controlled by the inlet pressure of the circulating pump.The third part is the design of the lower computer control system,focusing on the design of the telemetry system.The control circuit of the system is mainlycomposed of T40 S and its expansion module KA08 and relay.The information of the six heat exchange stations is sent to the computer in the network state in real time through the T40 S in the GPRS communication mode,and the T40 S executes the signal fed back by the computer.The fourth part introduces the configuration screen production and mobile phone configuration.The configuration software selected in this part is Kingview and mobile phone configuration software.Seven perfect pictures are created,which can realize the switching between screens and monitoring.The information is also comprehensive,and the requirements for remote monitoring of the site conditions can be met.The fifth part is the physical simulation,the necessity and scale of the simulation are expounded,the relevant parameters are set,the operation result is good,and the feasibility of remote monitoring can be verified.
